“This place was suggested to me by a family member who had nothing but great things to say about them. I took my car to them after having trouble getting my car fixed at another shop. They were kind from beginning to end and kept me up to date the entire way. I would definitely suggest this place to anyone. Customer service was all around amazing!!!”

“I have never been to a take 5 before. I showed up to this location without an appointment, which is very annoying of me. And Brandon and Quentin helped me right away! They were very kind to me while I asked them 1 billion questions and they explained the whole process to me. The oil change was super quick and I really appreciate Brandon and Quintin’s help. Next time I need an oil change I will be coming back to them.

“We got stranded when our engine blew in Florida on a road trip, and the kind lady from the front desk of our hotel (Laura at Wakulla Springs Lodge) directed us to Moody Auto. They made us a priority, quickly diagnosing the problem that, for cost reasons, essentially totalled our van. They let us leave our van there for almost a week while we got home in a rental and figured out what we were going to do. They even helped us find a salvage yard that would pick up our van without requiring us to come back to Florida. They were so helpful and understanding during this entire process - it really made it so much easier for us - and didn't charge us a dime because they knew what an ordeal we were going through. These days, it's hard to find businesses that are honest and have such great integrity, but Moody's is definitely in that number! Highest praise and recommendation! We are very grateful for their kind help.”
“Awesome experience. You never know what you're going to get when you enter a quick oil change center - this place was very professional! I was greeted with a cold bottle of water, and the manager was on the floor working with customers and leading his team. “I went to this location for a standard oil change. All three staff members were extremely nice and knowledgeable. Corey showed me that my oil filter was damaged from a previous install. I mentioned this install was from a different take 5 Tallahassee location. Corey fixed this issue with the upmost efficiency. I highly recommend going to this location. It took Holmes and Bryce less than 20 min to change oil and filter, check and test different car details, fill the air tires and charge the service with a smile on their faces.Great service! I was able to use a $20 cupom. I truly recommend! All thumbs up.”

Car right after, BUT I have recently had a large oil leak imbetween oil changes and i find myself having to pull up to one evey 3 days or so and I’ll tell you what , all the men there at all locations ,. Minus one person , have been amazing to me and make sure my oil is normal level before I go , to the tall man with dreads at the Thomasville rd location all the way to the man with the long beard at the Monroe st location ,THANk YOU !!!”

“I have been to three different Take 5 locations over the past month (2330 North Monroe St., 3811 North Monroe St., and 2301 N.E. Capital Circle) for 3 different reasons?, but I can say that the Take 5 on 3811 N. Monroe St (towards Lake Jackson) and 2301 N.E. Capital Circle handled my concerns professionally and as if they really cared about doing the task.
When it’s time to get my oil change, I plan to return to the Lake Jackson location because the gentlemen are always nice, professional, very funny and you can tell that they do their job with integrity. Thank you guys for always assisting with the vehicles that I bring up there?”

“I had a very positive experience at this Walmart Auto Care Center. I had a screw in one of my original tires on my Tesla model Y over Memorial Day weekend. Courtney got the job done right away. It was very obvious that he had been doing this for a long time and he did not take any shortcuts or skimp on any of the details. Right down to gluing the foam insulation back in my tire where he had to remove it to make the repair. Top notch job and I will certainly get my next set of tires here.”
