I came here to shop and was not welcomed nor greeted. They didn’t ever ask if I needed assistance. I normally wouldn’t think much of this but when another customer came in shortly after me she was greeted and asked if she needed help. Honestly pretty insulting.

The ladies are amazing! Customer service was absolutely outstanding! I had my 4 year old son with me and the ladies helped me shop to meet my goal for my event. I definitely will be shopping and visiting the store again!

The best prom dress shopping I’ve ever had! Amazing customer service and truly great people! I drove almost two hours to this store and was definitely not disappointed

I was highly disappointed with the customer service the very moment that I stepped into the store. I received a lot of "cold" glares and watchful eyes, but not one HELLO...or LET US KNOW IF YOU NEED HELP! It was clear that I didn't fit the usual "customer profile". Sadly, all of the other customers received undivided attention...especially when they first walked in....HELLLOOOO, HOW ARE YOU TODAYYYYY!!!!! It SUCKS because I saw a few things that I really liked, but whY would I spend my money anywhere I'm not welcomed. I shopped at another friendly/welcoming store nearby.
Narcissist, I mean Narcissus, you guys really need to step it up...it's a new day and time!

Will follow you around the store if you have a darker complexion... Why is your employee staring me down for looking? Why are all of your employees constantly following people around the store?
I got asked 10 times in a period of 15 minutes if I needed help. I'm boldly calling you guys racist. Train your employees properly. The idea of spending a penny at this place made me sick.
It's not customer service if you chase off customers by committing micro aggressions. I work in retail so don't bother with the nonsense response. This review is for people who would've taken a chance at this obviously exclusive store.

Stopped in on a whim and fell in love with this boutique. The girls were super sweet and helpful and I found so many unique, quality pieces. Also love that I was able to find larger sizes as I am a curvier woman who typically wears a size 12-14.If you love Anthropologie and similar style clothes, shoes and accessories, be sure to shop here!

Went in for a dress and worked with Stephanie. She was AMAZING to say the least. After having two kids my body is not the same and she found some amazing dresses that made me feel so beautiful! Took my young daughter too and she was so kind and fun with her. Will go here every time from now on!

Would not recommend ever!!! So over priced and their return policy is 3 days for full credit and only 10 for store credit. Completely unreasonable!!! Please don’t shop there ever. I will never be back!!! I sent this to my daughter in MA as a present and it was way to big even being an extra small. It was not the price.

I’ve always received excellent customer service! Juli has helped me pick out outfits for many different occasions. They have clothing options at various prices. I’ve found a lot of cute tops and dresses in the $50-$100 range. They also have frequent sales. Everything I’ve gotten from here is high quality.

So my daughter needed a last minute prom dress, I called and made sure they had some and in her size 30 minutes before they closed and found out they did have some but she explained to me that they didn’t have a ton. When I got there the sweet girl had pulled several of gowns and had them waiting in the dressing room for my daughter to try on. Let me just tell you she made great choices and we were so happy with the experience we had there. The girls there were so kind and didn’t try to rush us out as they were nearing their closing time. We have been to several stores and tried on many dresses and fell in love with the dress we purchased. Thanks a million you ladies made my daughter extremely happy and will be part of a night she will cherish for a life time.

Super wonderful experience! The store clerks were very nice and helpful. My granddaughter found a beautiful prom dress with a few beads missing and we asked for a discount that we were granted and we much appreciated!!! Thank you guys so much!!
