“I updated our 3 phones and Tabyas Clayton went above and beyond! He was professional, worked with me for as long as it took....and it took a while and several days...as one of the trade in phones took a while. He reviewed our plan, reduced our costs, made my husband received credit as a veteran. He even helped me connect it to our car's software. Finally, he was available and answered questions on his day off...not once...but several times. I highly recommend this place and Mr. Clayton. His service was superb!!! In fact, all the sales representatives were nice, accommodating, helpful, etc.”

“Absolutely fantastic experience! Called this location before driving from Perry, FL to Tallahassee and the guy on the phone was very very helpful in answering my questions. Once we made it to the location the same guy (Ollie or Olley?) was still working.We had to wait a few minutes while he helped another customer and he was very professional and really went the mile to help the guy in front of us.Once my wife and I stepped up to the counter he remembered me calling and exactly what I called for and went straight to work on my request.Hands down the absolute best employee I have ever dealt with when it comes to mobile services.I may have spelled his name wrong but I will go and see him from now on with all of my metro mobile services, so hopefully he stays at this location but if he ever transfers to another one then I will go wherever he is at.He was knowledgeable and very polite and truly cared to help us in our situation while smiling the entire time.He seems to really enjoy his job.Very impressive to find people like that in today's world so keep him around!”
