“Classic scenario: I broke my phone, hadn't backed up my photos, and wanted to transfer them to my new phone. I visited a local CPR store and talked to the sales/tech (Alan?), who gave me a price of less than $100, if a gave him the phone, and about $100 more if I wanted the phone back. I said that I'd give him the phone. He said that he'd have a new screen in 3-5 business days, at which time he could transfer the pix to my new phone.
A few days later, he called and said I could come in and get the photos transferred. I did and, maybe 90 minutes later, the process was finished. And then he reset my old phone so it nothing of mine left on it.
Everything delivered as promised and at a reasonable price!”
“I'm only giving 5 stars because of Amanda and thankfully by her Dan she put the icing and the ✨️ on the cake. I do not enjoy on my day off going into o any type of "service buildings" these days because reps or providers are so airy and out of touch with reality and have no perspective of personality. Yet Amanda is a gem! If I ever have a reason to go into a verizon or need assistance from verizon I'm only walking i to ask for Amanda she not only handled business exactly how I expected ? she also gave me peace of mind and unconditional person to person service like we have lost in this country. For 10+ years with verizon not only was i excited to upgrade ^ but I understood what I was upgrading for and why it became necessary. Attention to detail and not the b.s straight business and thats what I needed to continue with my services from verizon FINALLY and this was in person ?”
“My battery on my phone would not take charge. Verizon simply wanted $900 for a new phone. These guys replaced the battery in very short order for only $45. I absolutely recommend them if you need help like I did.”

“Absolutely fantastic experience! Called this location before driving from Perry, FL to Tallahassee and the guy on the phone was very very helpful in answering my questions. Once we made it to the location the same guy (Ollie or Olley?) was still working.We had to wait a few minutes while he helped another customer and he was very professional and really went the mile to help the guy in front of us.Once my wife and I stepped up to the counter he remembered me calling and exactly what I called for and went straight to work on my request.Hands down the absolute best employee I have ever dealt with when it comes to mobile services.I may have spelled his name wrong but I will go and see him from now on with all of my metro mobile services, so hopefully he stays at this location but if he ever transfers to another one then I will go wherever he is at.He was knowledgeable and very polite and truly cared to help us in our situation while smiling the entire time.He seems to really enjoy his job.Very impressive to find people like that in today's world so keep him around!”
