Employee Would not even come outside to look at my truck to help discuss different options for tire rubbing and see what the rubbing looked like. Super unfriendly. Drove down the road and got taken care of by people who want business.

Contacted Minco on a Tuesday to gauge lifting my SUV. Provided them with the model and specs and my reasoning for lifting. Mike recommended a few other alternatives that I didn’t think of and got me on the books within the week.
Highly recommend this shop for your car, truck, or suv needs!

Some is seriously going wrong at Minco…
I use them to lift my 99 OBS suburban. (6 inch rough country lift)
Employees conflicting with each other…
Worst experience ever..poor customer service, no communication skills,, kept my truck for a week only lifted the front end…didn’t install my upper & lower skid plates…. tried to keep my parts..took my 4x4 driveshaft out had to pay someone else to get it put back in.
Truck wasn’t lifted high enough..put small cuts in my front driver side tire.
The guy name Mike that lifted my truck seems to have a very prejudice attitude.
I usually don’t leave reviews….please be aware!

Poor experience. Spray in bedliner. Machine broke, had to leave it there overnight. then they tell me the pump breaks all the time. not even a sorry for the inconvenience. they did not spray the tailgate. gaslighted me as if I was asking too much. Overall they were not professional. Would definitely not recommend.

Minco is awesome. They have modified all my trucks over the years. Quality work and fair pricing. They installed a LEER HF650M Tonneau cover, Patriot Spray-in, and the Tremor Skid Plate I picked up from Ford on my 2022 Ford F-150 Platinum. Great work as always.

STAY AWAY PEOPLE Save yourself a headache and money and go somewhere else because they can’t fix nothing in here they will just use your vehicle for advertising and rip you off with no service!
I dropped my truck there in NOVEMBER to change my shocks I didn’t feel welcome at all in there wasn’t sure if it’s their attitude or they being racist , a month later I didn’t hear from them so I called to check on it and I get told not to call back there and they will reach out once they figure it out!!!! So I gave him another month And they never called me so I had to check again and they use Christmas and new year as an excuse , and I got promised they’ll have it ready by next month (FEBRUARY ) if I pay 600 deposit so I did , now in MARCH they told me we can’t order any shocks all kinds are out of stock come get your truck!! What worst is they said I owe them for taking the shocks out and back and refill the shocks with nitrogen so they kept the 600?
I’ve never left a negative review in my life, normally when I get a bad service I just don’t go back but this was a terrible service!
The bold headed guy kept flexing and showing me pictures of trucks he built but can’t even change one shock on my truck? ?♂️

Is no longer minco. Now a sad skeleton of what it used to be. Don't go here if you did before, you will be sorely disappointed. No longer flexible to work anything custom under the hood or cover work done onsite prior.. now more concerned about insurance liability. Pet the dog, he is a good boy..and get out.

I don’t live in Tallahassee, I live in Saint Augustine and was visiting family for a week in town. Called Minco and let them know what I wanted done on my 2015 Silverado and options for shocks, wheels and tires. Everything was done over the phone as far as my vision for the truck. Dropped off my Chevy on a Thursday and they had it made into my dream in just a day! Very happy with the work and the price was very fair! Waiting to have them personalize my next truck in a few years! Minco should be your only choice for your truck or suv! Thanks Guys!
