Absolutely fantastic experience! Called this location before driving from Perry, FL to Tallahassee and the guy on the phone was very very helpful in answering my questions. Once we made it to the location the same guy (Ollie or Olley?) was still working.We had to wait a few minutes while he helped another customer and he was very professional and really went the mile to help the guy in front of us.Once my wife and I stepped up to the counter he remembered me calling and exactly what I called for and went straight to work on my request.Hands down the absolute best employee I have ever dealt with when it comes to mobile services.I may have spelled his name wrong but I will go and see him from now on with all of my metro mobile services, so hopefully he stays at this location but if he ever transfers to another one then I will go wherever he is at.He was knowledgeable and very polite and truly cared to help us in our situation while smiling the entire time.He seems to really enjoy his job.Very impressive to find people like that in today's world so keep him around!

The ladies that work at this store were very helpful. Can't say that for other locations in Tallahassee. But if you need something taken care of go see them.

You offered a promotion, I applied for it after you sent me invitations on 3 occasions,now you are telling me I have to jump through yet another hoop? Why? I do not have my phone because your agent did not type the correct mailing address on the shipping receipt, despite me repeating it 3 times. This feels borderline discriminatory. I am calling all evening after UPS tells me the address you gave the is over the blocks from my apartment complex,and I am being treated as though it is my responsibility "to right this wrong.' I have been left on the phone on ridiculous hold times, now I am being told to jump through hoops essentially if I want to utilize T-Mobile service. Frankly, I am irritated, because to walk away from a company I have been with for 5 years,to be treated disrespectfully is not my idea of a"smooth move."

Amazing customer service from the staff here!! Alonzo, Moe and Darius took such amazing care of me. The got me new phone and great plan at good price. They have won me over!! They are all very knowledgeable very caring and want to make you happy. They answer all of your questions and all of your concerns. I've worked in customer service and retail for years and they are exemplary examples of great customer service and great problem solver's.
