Stopped to get a little gas and the pump was defective and sprayed me with gas everywhere and charged my card more than I wanted as a result. I smelled like gas until I could get home and shower. This is unacceptable and somebody could get hurt. I will not come back here.

I recently stopped at the Marathon Gas station located at 2315 Capital Cir NE, Tallahassee, FL 32308 and unfortunately, my experience was mediocre at best. While I did purchase a full tank of gas and a $24 car wash, the car wash experience was very disappointing.The car wash employees told me that they were not allowed to wash my wheels, which was surprising to me as I've had my wheels cleaned at other car washes before without issue. This lack of attention to detail was frustrating and made the overall car wash experience feel incomplete.Furthermore, the car wash itself was nothing special. I didn't notice any significant difference in the cleanliness of my car after the wash, despite paying a premium price for it.Overall, I was disappointed with my experience at this Marathon Gas station. While the gas pump worked fine and the convenience store was stocked, the car wash experience left a lot to be desired. I would give this location a 2-star rating and likely won't be returning for another car wash in the future.

I have been a regular customer for a long time and mostly happy. Today as usual I purchased the top most expensive car wash. When I got to the prep point I was instructed to keep pulling forward. I showed my receipt to the attendant and asked why I was not getting what I paid for and from what I could make out it sounded like he said that something was read wrong and I was just getting the basic wash which is exactly what happened after I was instructed to roll up my window and pull forward. No offers on how to rectify their error. I would have liked to just reach out to a manager but I don’t see that option on the site. Too bad because I always found it convenient to stop there.

I was passing through the area and needed to fuel up. Stopped here for the easy access and cheaper fuel prices. I recommend this gas station.

An hour before closing time & the Door is locked & no one in store when it should be open. No note on door or anything telling customers whats going on. Waited 10mins & still no sign of life inside. Hope everyone is okay in there.
