The best customer service I've ever had at lowes. My wife knew in advance which range she wanted and the young man in appliances was exceptional! We were in and out in under 15 mins.

Unlike Home Depot Lowe's is the best place. To buy items for the house and construction. They are thieves at Home Depot. I would give Lowe's more stars but only 5 appear.

Marshall was and is the greatest customer service employee this lowes has. he went above and beyond for me with his product knowledge and abilities to help a brother out. came in asking for a small rod or screw and some other employee had no idea what i meant but Marshall was quick with it. cover this guy's college and give him a raise. Good job buddy👍.

Don't try to rent equipment from this store! No one wants to answer the phone, questions, or want to help reserve equipment. Shame.

I've been going to this place for years most of the employees are not all that helpful but most of them are one in particular was very very helpful she works for MST and it says Crystal on her name tag this lady was very helpful more helpful than other employees thank you Crystal for all your help

Me and my husband got a few items here and was needing help with the pricing of an item and Mr. RJ was extremely helpful and had a great attitude. Will be happy to come back. It’s always nice to feel welcomed at a store and the employees have no problems helping a customer out!. Thanks RJ!

Ive been shopping at lowes for over ten years and have spent thousands of dollars and have a pro açcount there when I went there to shop for construction materials,because of complications with there web site, which i had to cancel my instore pickup because the person on the phone couldnt get my order right. i couldn't get any help locating the things i needed at one point a cop came back to see what i was doing because i could find the material when it was in the wrong place and i was followed all over the store making me feel like a common criminal...all around i dont think ill be doing business with Lowe's anymore nor will my clients..... pertaining to the post that was left on my review I called the number that you left for me to call I was transferred to two different stores then four different representatives and when I finally got a manager on the phone after 30 minutes of waiting she was very combative would not give her name now the whole experience has made me very insulted. it's to the point where I'm ready to get an attorney. Nothing has been rectified.

Waited for an employee to help me find a coupling for a hookup for the freezer ice maker. Waited for about 15 minutes, and he walked right past me and looked at me and just kept on walking. I asked what was going on? to the other employee there, and he said he didn't know. he would go find out, and after waiting a few minutes, I said that's it.
You people can go shop there. I'm not going to shop there anymore myself.

After a busy hurricane, they had new stock of generators. Pretty much what people wanted. Otherwise, it is the same as always, with knowledgeable friendly staff.
