No employees understand anything about the products they carry. And have no clue to where the item your looking for is located. And self check out at a hardware store is dumb. Bring back cashier's and hire people qualified for the job. Our train better. Problem is from the top down.

It is so hard to shop at Lowe's on Capital Circle NE. Used to be a favorite over Home Depot. Like the products they carry. But in the past 3-4 years, store has gone to pot, staff wise. Not friendly, not particularly helpful. Just one recent example: Was looking for ceiling light fixture this am around 9 am. Store not busy. Staff member was working in the isle & had gate up on end I needed to look in, but she had already passed the area I wanted to look in & was half way down the isle way past. Sign on gate "ask for assistance ". I asked her if she could open it for me to take a quick look. She said no, not until she was through. On the next isle over, they had another big ladder in the middle of the isle just sitting idle. There were no gates on either end because no one was working in the isle. So to look on that isle you actually had to go down halfway, look, go back & then go down the adjoining isle and around to the other end. Three isles in Lighting & all blocked so it was difficult to shop. This was my time allotted to shopping today so I justl left & won't be back.

Little girl with the cat on her name tag instead of her name stand next to Kyren “who isn’t helpful either” has a serious attitude problem. Standing here for a pick up order and she’s making me look stupid that the order isn’t where it’s supposed to be. She sent me to the flooring section and said they had my materials, then I was sent back up to the front and had another 4 lowes employees start looking for it before they just formed a circle and started talking to each other like they’re in high school. Very immature people at customer service. They reply the same thing to every negative review. Why? Because it’s a robot responding and they’re not actually doing a damn thing about their customer service.

Extremely unorganized. Their customer service section does not have the capabilities to function as a CUSTOMER SERVICE team. To losing orders, making customers walk to front and back of the store. Giving us the run around, the women in customer service are not friendly, not helpful and would rather chat it up with employees and on their phone than to do their actual job. Anyone that has worked in literally ANY form of customer service is taught to engage eye contact with customer, speak with pronunciation and to carry yourself as a member of the store you’re working for. These people up in the front clearly need to go back to orientation.

Customer service here? What customer service? Girl up front with yellow hoodie who has a cat as a name tag. Can’t see her name. She’s the rudest little thing I ever did see in customer service. Everyone stands around. Get to work what is going on now a days? People get away with all this. Wow Lowes is actually LOW

Our experience with trying to purchase cabinets and countertops was awful and very frustrating. We paid the $75 for the details (measurements) to be done. A guy and his wife showed up and did them. They said that we would hear back from Lowes in a couple days. We never heard anything - we gave some extra time/days and then went into the store 15 days later to find out that this guy quit and never submitted our measurements. Lowes did refund our $75 and said that another contractor would reach out to schedule the details and that the store manager, Colt, would also contact us. We are still waiting on both of these calls and it has been over two weeks. The store employee was suppose to email us info on the countertops - a link for layout and price - we reminded her twice and still have not received this either. I really wanted to give Lowes my business and $$$$ but obviously they are not interested. Good luck if you visit this store to remodel you kitchen and baths.

Two picnic tables were priced for $30 in the garden section. I advised the clerk that I would like to purchase them both. The clerk consulted with a colleague then Asst store manager Leniece was called outside. She stated she could not honor the $30 price tag stating the cost is $149. The price clearly stated $30 Very disappointed. When does Lowe's not honor the price. Leniece, your service sucks.

Have always been a fan of Lowe’s compared to their main competitor, however today I’ve changed my opinion. Went to buy ceiling light fixtures. Found 2 we liked but could not find the boxes they came in. Customer Service was next to lighting department so asked them to page for help. They did. Waited 10 minutes no one came. Went back to CS asked to page again. They did but were indifferent to our situation. Finally left after another 15 minutes. Guess they are now modeling their service after competitor. Sale lost $800 +.
