I ordered through the Lowes app and selected mobile pickup. Picked up order at the service desk. The plastic shelves appeared to have been stored outside. Completely covered in pollen and grime. The plastic construction of shelf makes it difficult to clean as well as any sun damage will ruin integrity of shelf. Employees did not care to roll out a cart that looked more like a trash pile than a new product for pick up. This is the 3rd time i have had a horrible experience at Lowes pickup or delivery. The washer delivery driver broke our water line last year. Im done. Worst service. The walmart of home improvement stores!

If I could give it zero stars, I would. This store has been ridiculous. I’ve spent over $100,000 here several years in a row. Management is incompetent and therefore all of the employees are as well. If they weren’t so much cheaper than Capital City Lumber, I would never set foot in the store again. I just spent 45 minutes waiting on a manager to refund me $272 an employee stole for me. I could write 10,000 words on how this store has no idea what they’re doing.

Pulled a "bait and switch, but we used FINE print, so it's legal" on a paint sale. Double check that their "sales" aren't just rebates given as gift cards.
That's not a SALE, guys. That's a REBATE, and no, I don't want a store gift card that I EFFECTIVELY PAID FOR two months later. What I want is exactly what I came in for at the advertised price. Your paint service desk was backed up because of this sale and you wasted money paying associates to stand there and mix paint that ended up staying on your shelf.
Associates at the counter: 5 stars
Lowes as a retailer: 0 stars.
Net Average to nearest whole number: 3 stars.

I went there to order something, but this young man working with appliances, told me the store doesn't do that, which I explained they have before, he just didn't want to do his job. I think his name was Keith, but yall need to retrain him, I went back up front, and 2 young ladies was helpful.

? PSA: Avoid Lowe's for Appliances! ?
Ordered a dryer from Lowe’s on April 8th, and guess what? It’s almost June, and I’m still dryer-less. ? Apparently, Lowe’s thinks I’m living in the 1800s and enjoying the thrilling experience of air-drying my clothes. Spoiler alert: I’m not.
I’ve spoken with customer service so many times that we’re practically on a first-name basis. “Oh, it’s you again,” they say. Yes, it’s me, the person who’s still waiting for a dryer that feels like it’s being delivered by one winged carrier pigeon. ?
At this point, I could’ve taken up blacksmithing and electrical design and forged my own dryer. Or maybe started a trend of wearing moist clothes – super chic, right? ??
So, unless you’re in the market for frustration and endless waiting, steer clear of Lowe’s for your appliance needs. Trust me, your sanity will thank you.

Good store, but their customer service department is terrible. Both times I picked up orders, it was horrible. They are disrespectful to customers and do not care what difficulty they cause. They make no effort to be helpful or find solutions. Customers should not have to tell them how to solve problems. Good store, but stay away from customer service, or you might not come back. I won't for at least 6 months.

Was at NE Capital Circle Lowes yesterday 5/8/2024 around 2pm, at check out there were zero full service check outs with cashiers, 100% self check out. Was that an aberration or is this Lowes heading towards 100% self check out? Want to know because I am old and not that good at self check out.

Always a pleasure to poke around my favorite hardware store even though it's humongous. Nearly always easy to find helpful Lowe's employee. Customer service is a shared value?- customers often helping customers - we think Do -It -Yourself people are generally good friendly people and they are often shopping for and finding what they need to find at Lowe's.
