We ordered a door that took longer to receive than what was originally quoted. Trying to get someone to answer the phone to set up a delivery date is almost impossible! Once I finally reached someone I was put on hold for a ridiculous amount of time and then disconnected. This has happened 3 times this morning!

Lowes is awesome. Their customer service is great. They communicate well. They acknowledged her customers with a wonderful attitude. The Lowes representatives are very helpful. I really appreciate them.

I'll go right out and say it: I prefer this Lowe's location over to the other one we have on Commonwealth Blvd.For one thing, this location is way closer to home. For another, the interior seems bigger and much more spacious.In terms of variety of products, to me everything looked the same, but the cashier who attended us was quite friendly. I think you do have to be much more careful in this parking lot though, but even then, this isn't a death trap by any means. Go and see for yourself.

The Customer Service department in this store is not good at all. The product I was looking for said there were 31 available at this store. After looking at the location the website said the product was located in and finding none, I went to the Customer Service department for assistance. The "Customer Service" person said that they must have the inventory available amount wrong and that there weren't any. I then went and tried to find someone who was working in another dept that might be able to help since Lowe's website said there were 31 available. All the employee had to do was look on the little computer phone they all carry to find the product. He walked me over, found the product and made sure I had all I needed. The "Customer Service" dept at this store is not good at all!

The kids who work at the service desk in this store are fantastic. They do not hesitate to go out of their way to help you. The staff who works the floor are a different story. It's difficult to find help, sometimes they are grumpy once you find them.

The store advertise appliances that are not in stock. The sales associates took my money for LG washer and dryer which were not in the store or warehouse. Didn't call me in delivery date. I called it told my items not in . I cancelled - got refund. Ordered another pair of washer& dryers after being told items in stock at their w/h. Again, waited after a couple of attempts by driver in Marianna. He was delivering a damaged dryer which had a dent. I refused no shipment. Asked for refund. Told by customer care they couldn't cancel or give refund because dryer is to be delivered Oct 5th.So I'm driving 22 miles to demand a refund for the dryer that I was told again today that is still not in their stores or w/h.

This location provides zero customer service and zero supplies. Today, came in looking for a freezer chest. They had two options. The boxes for them were busted up. Tons of employees on the floor not helping a single person. This one guy that works in electronics is always on the phone when we come in and stays on the phone even with a customer with cash in hand is in front of them trying to make a purchase. This is the last time I am trying to shop at lowes tallahassee. I love my lowes in Tampa.

Judging from bad reviews here, seems I'm not the only one.Extremely disappointed. No help anywhere, but plenty of employees. I asked people in paint dept if they could call someone for me, but I was told to go to Customer Service... where there was a line. I pointed that out and they had someone call for me. I waited over 30 mins...no one ever came. During this time I searched the internet, found what I needed. The guy who requested the assistance for me walked by, told him no one ever came, that it wasn't his fault and I went to front to ask for a manager. He never came. I left and went to Home Depot...complete shock, emoyees were super nice, greeted me in different depth that I walked through and ACTUALLY helped me. I went to Lowes because I considered them a little more upscale, pretty, clean, whereas Home Depot is more of a construction look, but their service was a 10, by far surpassing Lowes and leaving it in the dust. Employees at Lowes looked unhappy, not very customer service oriented. I'll be placing my Lowes card away and using Home Depot. I hope HD keeps it up and it wasn't a fluke.

Ok, so Lowe's is not usually high on my list, particularly regarding in-store purchases where it takes forever and a day for someone to assist the customer. However, my most recent experiences have been surprisingly pleasant. This doesn't mean that customer service is on par, but I can say that the last couple of appliances we have purchased via Lowe's, along with the persons who installed the appliances, have been decent experiences. Would be nice though if the customer service was consistently good, as opposed to "hit or miss" situations. :o)I am rooting for you Lowe's! LOL!

Standing at the key maker area waiting to see if maybe someone acknowledges me. No chance!!!Was standing there for ten minutes, mean while on hold with customer service trying to get someone from Lowe's on the phone as well. The key maker rep walks by twice, looks at me and keeps walking. Comes back later with another customer.I told him I know you saw me standing her. What you thought I was just hanging out or something?!!!Really poor service!!!Home Depot has the same stuff for lower price!!!
