Picked up our dog after 3 nights of boarding, she was covered in feces-wet and dry. She was depressed the last time we boarded her here, now I know why. The weekend employee must not let the dogs out and they lay in their filth until Monday. We told them to bathe her, which they did -barely and we did receive a requested refund. We used them as backup boarding and will now never use them again. Front office staff were polite and helpful, whoever is responsible for boarding/pet care needs to be fired. Veterinary services are competent, boarding is abusive.

We have used KAH since 1990 for all of our pets and love the entire experience each visit….but more important our pets also love going to the doctor and are well taken care of each time. Dr Dugas has shown a true compassion for our babies and great knowledge of animal behaviors and medical needs. The entire family is hands on at the clinic and make sure the staff is top-notch. Thank you to all of KAH for taking such good care of our pets and us❤️❤️❤️❤️

Dr. Sexton & technician, Caeley Nix, deserve a metal! They have been there for multiple animals I’ve had, when emergency hospitals have let me down. This hospital is quick, efficient, nice bedside manners, and most importantly the best patient care.
If your pet means the world to you, these are the people to see!! <3

Been bringing our pets here since 1993. Always clean, the staff are friendly and know what they're doing. Vets are great and make sure we don't have questions/concerns before leaving.

Absolutely amazing vet techs, kennel techs, receptionists, and doctors. Everyone is so friendly and so helpful. You can tell that everyone genuinely cares about the animals and the family that comes with them. 100% recommend to anybody looking for a primary vet source.

Very helpful and polite receptionist. The technician was friendly and gentle with my pup. Dr. Vides (Sexton) is always so kind, empathetic, and knowledgeable. The lobby and exam room were clean as could be! All around a great visit.
