My boys absolutely adored their level of service today. Bonus are the hydration in the waiting room and comfortable masks.I was not organized and scrambling and the remote staff and local were extra patient.The nurse practitioner was compassionate.The staff are all amazing and make you feel right at home.I asked and my children prefer this urgent care over TMH, which they pointed that the TMH main location is often crowded.

I brought my 7 month old here to be seen since she had a fever and cold symptoms and we had such a pleasant experience with the staff here. The nurse practitioner Latonya was so helpful and took her time with us during our appointment to review home care instructions. Thank you to the wonderful staff who treated us! Highly recommend this place for anyone with kids!

The team there are amazing, kind, patient, and the best one could hope for when dealing with sick children. I would definitely recommend for anyone on the fence on where to go for urgent care or primary care.

This urgent care was very considerate and accommodating! At every step they asked for my consent and my opinion in my child's care, which is very nice for a midlife mom of 4 who has been through many illnesses before and knows what their kids can tollerate. My child is on the spectrum so she may or may not even talk to medical professionals. They immediately put her at ease, asking her questions calmly. They let me speak for her when she didn't feel like it but gave her a chance to speak too in her own time without rushing her or looking bored P.s. they even offered me tea, coffee, and hot chocolate from a keurig station, which I find very helpful while waiting for long periods (which we didn't need too because it was not busy when we went). It's a small office so I imagine if they get popular it might be a long wait but thankfully they have an online system you can log in to and wait at home if you'd like! Highly recommend!

Just left Kids Street, Chelsea was great & she’s a wonderful addition to the MFC Team...They got us in and out of there fast and she was very friendly and explained everything to us.

My initial visit with my son went well, but getting a note for his daycare was a challenge. The phones did not work, so I went in person for help and waited quite a while until a receptionist came to the front. When I asked for a note it became an ordeal- the woman helping me kept cutting me off asking who I was referring to and why I needed a note and inferred that I actually didn't know what I was asking for...eventually I just asked for a visit summary because I felt I was getting nowhere with her.

This was our first experience at Kid Street and it was phenomenal. They were kind and courteous and have a wonderful setup for kids. My three year old had fun in the waiting room and was relaxed with both the nurse and doctor through her exam and tests because of how kind they were to her. She was elated to get a juice box, lollipops, and toys from the treasure chest. We would go back here again anytime.
