This is the only place I trust to take care of my car. I live about 30 minutes away, but I make the journey to come here because the experience is always easy. I know I can always come here because the quality of service I receive each time is consistent, so I don’t have to worry. I can trust Todd and his recommendations about my car and how to best make decisions that maintain the integrity of my car, so it makes the process smooth every time and he goes the extra mile to make sure my car is taken care of. Bryan was a great help in making sure I stayed informed about the status of my car and giving me updates, so I was very appreciative of him for taking out the time. I have a great experience everytime, and the team is great, so this is definitely my tire and brake place.

10 out of 10 would absolutely come to this garage. I was on my way back to Tampa to catch a flight when I caught a screw in my tire. They managed to work me in get the tire patched and get me back on the road within an hour. They are absolutely superheroes. Thank you and God bless them.

My family of 5 and I were on the way to Tallahassee from Cairo, GA. Our front left tire was steadily losing air. We pulled in and I talked to Todd Jones, explained the situation. 15 minutes later we were driving away! Todd is worth every penny he makes and I pray God continues to bless him exceeding abundantly! I recently got an alert that one of my tire pressures was low. I went to Mavis to check. The tire pressure machine at the front of the store was under maintenance. I asked one of the employees and they had me pull around the side where the shop is. They checked my tires and found a nail in one. They fixed it right away! I couldn’t believe how kind everyone was and how quickly they solved my problem! Thank you, Mavis!

My wife and I regularly use Mavis for our vehicles’ needs. The staff at this location is particularly friendly, knowledgeable, and very efficient. Most recently, we needed a brake change, very last minute. The guys at the store worked with us to get everything completed in time for our trip. It’s hard to find good help these days, Mavis at Beech Ridge is excellent!

Todd at Mavis Tires & Brakes at the Bannerman location provided me with exceptional service and my kids enjoyed playing in the little entertainment room that they have available! My husband works far across town and there would be no other way for me to get to work/drop my kids off at school without my vehicle. Todd took me in after work and they were able to complete the repair on my tire the same day. I left truly feeling blessed from my interaction with Todd once I left Mavis! The service he provided touched my heart when he spoke to me to in the parking lot and helped give me hope in humanity again. There are truly still good hearted people that exist!

They do not know what appointments are booked on line. We showed up to be the first customer in the morning to have the tires balanced but they had no notice of the appointment. They rescheduled us for the first appointment the next day, we show up and the had scheduled us for an oil change.
We have used this company for years, since they were suntire. If they are so incompetent that they can not make an appointment, their work must have failed too.

Cannot say enough about how impressed I am with Mavis and this store in particular. Hauling away some debris after Hurricane Debby, I managed to run over a nail. Drove my F-250 in with the spare installed and these professional folks not only removed the nail and patched the tire; they also removed the spare, installed the tire, and re-hung the spare in its place under the truck bed.
When I asked to pay, the manager said, "no charge". I tipped the tech anyway.
Mavis offers tire price match guarantee and I guarantee that I will purchase my next set from them!
