Joe Hudson's in Tallahassee on Blountstown was an effective communicator at the beginning and throughout the fix-up process of our vehicle. I received both texts and calls alerting me to what step the process was in and the overall completion time frame. I appreciated their efforts.

Let me save you the trouble and tell you to go somewhere else. I was told by an employee named Brett that it would be 3 weeks maximum for my repairs. I was getting text updates that it would be ready in 3 weeks. When I called a few days before pick up I was informed that it was nowhere close to being ready. I was also told I was getting automated text that were not correct information. So there was no open communication since these texts I was getting were untrue. They told me that different texts were from the front desk person. How was I supposed to know which were real and which were not? Very annoying. I would ask for updates from Brett since he was on my case and he would never be in the office. I did not speak to him once while my car was being worked on. I would follow up and was told the end of the week, for 3 more weeks. My date kept getting pushed back over and over and over again. When I finally got my car back 7 weeks later, a month overdue, I found that my screen didn’t work. They fixed it but I was upset after all that time my car still was not fully fixed when I got it. The communication was terrible and I would never ever bring my car back here.

I was very pleased with the repair and it was done in a timely manner. The car was ready as scheduled and I was kept updated throughout the repair so I knew all times what stage the car was in repair and was happy with the shop.

They are fast and organized. They had the rental agency pick me up from the shop. Kept me informed throughout the repair process. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend this shop!

It's always stressful when car has a need for any body work but the dent was in a spot that required it be in shop for 2 weeks. Joe Hudson's is the only authorized SUBARU repair shop in Tallahassee and I want my Forester to always have the best. Everyone at Joe Hudson's was extremely competent, knowledgeable about what was needed, made the emotionally painful process smoother. They kept me well informed about each stage of the work and my car was ready two weeks later as expected. Looked great. I was also very impressed with the office reception area. More elegant & professional than some of the law firms I've worked with. Kudos to everyone there for doing great work.

Prefer the location off of Monroe!! I got my car fixed here, had to call 5 times to try getting it back to fix the job they did.. just overall horrid communication to/from the manager & the front desk. Monroe scheduled me as soon as I stopped by & they explained what was wrong with the repair.
Update: management reached out to resolve issue & apologized.

I was able to drop my car off and it was fixed within 30 days, but after I picked up my car I opened my trunk and saw I was missing 2 screws where the damage was that hold a piece on trunk together in the inside of my trunk and I also had trimming from the area of damage coming up. I called and informed them , I was told they not required to fix the trimming because I already left the shop and they wasn’t sure if it was prior damage. I was also told I would get a call back concerning my 2 screws that hold my trunk piece down, I haven’t received a call back and it’s past 30 days now since it was fixed…. I called twice on separate days and left a voicemail
