I hope my experience was an anomaly. It all started with a part on backorder. I have no problem with a part being on backorder understanding that COVID caused some supply chain issues. Luckily, they worked something out with my insurance so I could drive my vehicle while they wait to get the part. Zero communication while waiting for the part to come in. The part almost took a year to come in. It would be nice for them to call me and say they are still waiting on the part and that it is ordered so I don't feel like I'm forgotten. I had to call them several times and had my insurance contact them to figure out if and when they were getting the part. Luckily, they got the part and were able to repair that part of the vehicle. Zero communication during the repair process. Didn't know when repairs would be expected to be completed. I had to call them several times over an 8 week period wondering where they were in the repair process because they were not providing me any updates. I have had repairs done at the Blountstown location, and they communicated with me during the repair process. Upon receiving the vehicle, I noticed a repair they did not do. It was originally quoted and quite obvious. I showed them the quote they gave me asking why they did not do that repair. They essentially shrugged their shoulders and said oops our bad. They did not say that is our fault and this how we are going to fix it. I wish they would take responsibility for their mistake especially when it was pointed out to them. They also damaged a very minor part of the vehicle that was not obvious to me at first. It was something a person would not see until trying to get it to work. You would hope that they would be more careful or notice they damaged something and would fix it. I'll admit that I should have noticed this when I was inspecting the vehicle when picking it up, but I still think that it should have been noticed by them. I truly hope my experience was an anomaly. The repair they did is of great quality. Unfortunately, my experience was not.

Simply the best. My car looks amazing. Clarence and the team did an excellent job. Yes, it takes a little longer than expected, but you shouldn't rush quality. Just be very patient, and you will be satisfied with the workmanship. 10/10 recommend.

I had a left rear corner panel and two "accessory" lights that needed replacements. I was quoted close to three thousand dollars and scheduled for service appointment. The wrong parts were order.
I rescheduled for the corner panel to be repaired. My appointment was set for 07/08. I was told "possibly Thursday more like Friday." On Friday afternoon, I called because no one called me. I was told "someone" would call back. No one called me back.
I called this morning 07/15. Spoke to the same person from my phone call on Friday. I told him I would be picking up the car. He called back to tell me it wasn't going to be ready. I told him I would be there to pick up my car in a couple of hours. "Ookaay" was his response. I am sitting here at Joe's waiting for my car to finally get put back together. I am told it will at least be another hour to wait and that was at 10:40am. The 2 stars for the 2 accessory lights they put on in fifteen minutes last month for $300.00. Thank you.
I am driving to Arlington. I need my car.
The businesses in this town promise to do this and that and there is no follow through, no service, no assistance unless you raise your voice and speak up. No wonder everyone is raising their voices to be heard.
It's 12:33pm on Monday July 15th, I am still waiting on car.
I have my car. Thank you.

Going on 6 weeks now with them working on my truck after a front-end fender bender. Two weeks ago I was getting daily text messages saying it would be ready on Friday and then on Thursday night the message changed to the following week. It's been crickets ever since other than my wife or I calling every day for fill-in-the-blank excuse. I believe the industry as a whole is disreputable and perhaps in fairness to Joe Hudson they are just your typical collision repair service. No doubt there is probably very little margin with insurance claims, so I hold State Farm to be a part of the problem.

The People there are nice but had some work done after hitting a dog. I let them know alignment was out when I dropped it off and again during repairs. It never got aligned, they sent me to Firestone to get an alignment and they found more damage to control arm and another item. So didn't get it aligned. It's been over 3 weeks and I am having to drive it misaligned until they call me for an appointment. I may have to fix it myself.
