The past two years we have bought my kids shoes here without a problem because they loved the different styles. However this year they would not look at us, talk to us and walked away from us even though they were helping everyone else around us.

This establishment is a sad representation of a shoe store. I have tried on multiple occasions to purchase Jordan shoes which they have announced in stores on their Instagram but have failed to accommodate me. Employees here are uninterested in selling limited edition shoes to the public. They act unaware of every shoe release regardless of their online marketing. I have participated in countless “raffles†with neighbors and friends at this location throughout 2018 and not once received a call back. It is unfortunate that this Jimmy Jazz location in the Tallahassee mall has continued to show such unprofessional behavior.
