Was referred by a nice guy named Clint at Napa Auto Parts in Havana. Called Mr Jerry and when I tell you he fixed the issue with my alternator (2015 Corolla) in about 30 minutes and saved me money. I'll definitely refer people to him

They are the best place for electric problems with your alternator and starter they will do everything to get back on the road.

This is the ONLY place to go if you're anywhere close to Tallahassee and have a starter or alternator issue! They repaired my starter a few months ago for a 1/4 of the prices I had quoted. (Luckily, my DAD told me about them.) Now, it's my alternator. Don't know the price yet, but I'm sure they'll be at anyone else near here. And talk about being helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly!!! Jerry and Doug are the best.

TLDR: I don't think I'd be misspeaking to say this is by far the most pleasant shop experience I've ever had. Knowledgeable and unrivaled customer service. As someone else said, 5/5 doesn't do Jerry's justice.Remember to be patient, as this is a very busy, small, family run business.- - - -The two gentlemen who run this shop are both not only eager to help but EXTREMELY knowledgeable in their trade.It is evident they work on a lot of starters and alternators, which is what brought me this way.While having a terrible string of mechanical luck, my high output alternator decided to go out on my RV.. leaving me limping through Tallahassee.I wasn't comfortable with the parts store replacements, as they did not match my needs or aftermarket setup. So, I started looking for someone who could rebuild or bench test my old one. This shop came HIGHLY recommended by locals, and now I understand why. Speaking to Doug on the phone immediately put my mind at ease as you can tell they're very knowledgeable.Upon arrival, both Jerry and Doug went to work trying to test and diagnose my issues.After thorough inspection, sadly, my unit had seen its final days. Part availability and my shortened timeline are partly to blame for this, or I'm certain these two could have figured it out. They went above and beyond.I am still honestly shocked at how helpful this local business was.These gentlemen were able to find me a HO alternator, overnighted, for a price that beat anything comparable from a big box store or anything I could find online.Most know how unpleasant shop experiences can be. This business is a fantastic example of the way things should be done.Can't recommend them enough.

Always the best service! Rebuilt starter will I waited. Built stronger and better than new. 200 less also. Never ever have I had anything fail or had to take back. No better folks to have care about customers!!!

I want to start off by saying I wish I could give 10 stars!! I had 2 different companies tell me that I needed an alternator which turned out to be a lie. I was telling my boss about it and he told me to take my car to Jerry's and have them look at it. So I called them this morning and the receptionist was so sweet and helpful, she spoke with Doug about my issue and she said that he would give me a call back. He called me within 10 minutes and explained to me how they could fix it and what they would charge me. The price was very reasonable compared to everyone else in town. I was able to get off of work early today so I called Jerry's Auto and asked if I could bring my car by and they said yes. Once I got there, Doug greeted me and told me to pull my car in. He hooked my car up to the machine and it turned out that my alternator was just fine. He explained everything to me and made all my worries go away. When I need work done on my car, I will be taking it to Jerry's Auto!! Absolutely the best shop in town!!

I brought in a starter from a forklift from 1952. They had it ready in around a day or so and it worked great. It's nice to know I have a reliable source for repairs. Friendly staff too.Definitely recommend!!
