I went in looking for a shirt to wear. I didn't find the shirt I was looking for but I did find a pair of jeans, a romper, and a casual tshirt. Nice quality and inexpensive!! I'm pleased with my finds today!!

My experience when trying to return new, unworn merchandise, during the pandemic but after the shutdown was lifted, didn’t go well. On my first attempt, I was told that my return could only be processed at the current sales price of $6.99 but I had proof of purchase with my original receipt showing I purchased a pair of pants in March for $23.64. I explained to the cashier, Marie that many stores had not been accepting returns due to COVID19 and I in turn had not been out shopping. Marie only wanted to refund me $6.99 so I declined and left the store. I returned to the store two days later because I spoke with corporate and a district manager that agreed to call the store to tell them to refund me. Marie assisted me; she was insistent that she’d already told me she couldn’t process a full return. I told her a district manager should’ve called the store to talk to someone about the transaction and she told me nobody called so I asked her to call the District Manager. She went into another area to place the call and proceeded to tell the person on the phone that the pants are now $6.99. It was evident to me she didn’t want to issue the full refund because it was “beyond the 60 day” window. She began to reiterate to me the sameConversation we previously had but said she was going to make an exception for me and even got loud when I told her she’d already explained that to me. It was as if she was trying to provoke me and when I didn’t respond, she said again “ok, ok” I’m going to do it for you as if she was waiting for me respond. Did I mention this is all over TWENTY FOUR DOLLARS?? I will urge as many people as I can to not shop here. Marie is rude and she acts like the money was coming from her personal bank account. I’m pretty sure, someone has made an exception for her before. I felt harassed and treated rudely by someone who had the power of the pen. She was unprofessional to try to argue with me in front of staff and other shoppers. I won’t ever shop here again!!!
