Today when I dropped off my Toyota Lexus RX350 Crossover, a new era was launched to continue the same excellent customer service and car care I previously enjoyed when the Import Authority car care team kept my 2000 Toyota Camry purring like a kitten!!!?

My AC was blowing hot so I took it to Import. I also asked for a full check since it was over 50k miles. They fixed the AC and a few minor things. The price was reasonable and no pressure tactics. I will be back!

The problem with my 1992 300ZX was quickly identified and repairs made. Staff always take time to answer my questions. In my life I've never been to an auto repair shop that was better than Import Authority.

This place is good for more silver hair folks who cannot see the difference between right and overprice. They charged me $550 for a transmission fluid change that at a dealership is done for $150. They had to find the problem that I was describing for an hour, which you would think an experienced auto place with smart tech will know in a few. They did charge separately $300 to diagnose the problem and confirm the problem does not exist. I would not recommend this place if you want to save those hard earned money. There are better auto repair shops in town.

I absolutely love this place--the staff is super-helpful and patient, and they've always been honest with me. I don't go anywhere else for anything, from oil changes up to major repairs. Give Chip and the crew a shot at earning your business!

When you walk in the door, there's a picture of Honest Abe. They were true to his name. When I told Chip my problem, he knew of it right away and told me about an extended warranty that Toyota issued for my problem. Sent me to the Toyota dealership armed with that info and sure enough, there was. Toyota took my car in and fixed the problem under warranty. No charge. Chip saved me about $2800! If I ever have more work to do on my car, I'm bringing it back here.
