Greta worked hard to get the best possible homeowners insurance for us at this time and I appreciate the personal attention that she gave us during the process. “I found myself needing home owners insurance. I talked to several (all of them) in Crestview. No one had insurance my house could qualify for. I saw an add about Farmers insurance had moved into Florida as well as Alabama. I called the headquarters, they gave me this Agent. They are hard to get on the phone however they do call you back and are very willing to help. (I do not like to wait to talk to someone?, but my experience was very friendly and kind people. Thank yall for taking care of our insurance needs.”

“I have been with my local Allstate agency since it used to be Fred Thurmond and now Tara Smith. Twenty plus years and I am still one happy customer. I have always received excellent customer service. Everyone is professional, polite, and courteous.Today, I called to add a vehicle to my auto policy. I had the privilege to speak with Chad McClellan. Mr. McClellan was everything I mentioned above. He asked me to answer a few questions to see if he could save me money on my policy since I had four vehicles. After a few minutes, Mr. McClellan gave me some great news. There was a better Policy I qualified for. In today's climate, there are not a lot of businesses that will go out of their way to save you money. His professionalism is very much appreciated.I highly recommend Tara Smith and her staff to anyone looking for insurance. I even have both my home policies with them.”
