Terrible experience on black friday, where a blanket 30% discount was promised. Me and a friend were in line together. She got the 30% without a problem with her cashier and came to stand with me, but my cashier refused to give me the discount without providing an email. I told her I wasn't going to give her my email for a 30% off discount and she tried to charge me full price. She was being extremely rude about it. My friend asked her "why are you asking for that? I didn't need my email to get my discount" and after some more argument my cashier turned to talk to the other cashier. She finally relented after talking to him, but I didn't bother making a purchase. We should not have to participate in h&m data harvesting to get the ADVERTISED black friday discount (didn't say anywhere that it was members only, no small print), nor should we have to deal with a rude cashier to get it. I will not return.

I do enjoy shopping at H&M , but the dressing room curtains have to be changed. There is not enough privacy and constantly in one setting people are opening curtains with no idea that someone is inside!!!

My hometown friends force me here when I come home from LA and just don’t support mass fast fashion. This is absurd. I can’t say anything personal to them but you’re killing the earth.

One of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The employees over there were so so rude. My one year old niece dropped one of the bags by accident and a black employee yelled at her. They treat people like trash. Please H&M do better when you hire employees.

They’re getting a one star review because of their return policy. My son received a shirt as a birthday gift. All I wanted to do was exchange it for the correct size. Even though it has a tags on it, because I don’t have the receipt, they would not let me walk over to the rack and get the correct size. This is why brick and mortar stores are dying.

Regular items are organized very well. The clearance section organization is awful. If you're trying to find your specific size, be prepared to search. Nothing is sorted by any means.

The service isn't the best, and their fitting room is always closed. Very inconvenient to have to go try things on somewhere else and have to return/exchange because of the fit.
