I have had many positive experiences at this location and Marcus and the staff go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. Both Tennessee St and the Airport are great locations to rent from and the staff really looks out for its customers. Highly recommend if you are looking to rent a car.

Only had one employee working and answering the phone. He did good best and was great! But as a company I'm dissatisfied, there should not be one person helping customers especially when there's a long line, plus being the only person doing that and answering the phone! Took almost 30 minutes of waiting for them to assist one customer before they could help me with returning my rental car and it only took maybe 5 minutes to assist me.

I've left them 1 star, but if could give 0 stars, I would on Google, Yelp, and TripAdvisor and whoever else this reaches! Please be advised of the horrible customer service experience ever! If anyone can think of another site for reviews, please don’t hesitate to respond! Avoid this place at all costs. It's not worth the hassle! By far the worst company to rent cars from! I’ve had two car which has water damage and an odor! When asked to be accommodated I was rudely informed by Marcus that’s that was all he could do! Unable to get through to cooperate to file a complaint so here we are!

Cheaper than airport but with waiting a hour just to pick up your rental the inconvenience even’s out! Two people work on one computer. Manager in the back not helping with anything, see’s 5 people waiting for a rental but will continue to walk past you with his coffee look at you and processed to the back to sit down and do nothing! Don’t have plans in order when booking at this location you will be hours behind schedule! And the car is never on full no gas in the car

This a much better and cleaner location than the last shady one. However there is no easy in and out still while trying to get a rental even with advance reservation. There is a shortage of staff and lack of friendly faces perhaps due to overwork. Hertz has a great reputation for customer support. This place is not that.

I spent 30 dollars to uber to Hertz and back to my house because they never told me they cancelled my reservation because they had no cars available. Offered no solutions, terrible customer service. I will never use Hertz again. Would give zero stars if possible.

Terrible!! Made reservation two weeks ago and Hertz calls me while I’m driving to pick up the rental to inform me they have no car for me. And they could not help me find a vehicle elsewhere. They do not honor reservations.

I booked with them two times
Fist one they give me car that hasn’t been changed an oil for 15K
Second booking they called me and they said they have to cancel it because they didn’t have any car
When I went there I found they have cars but they keep it for special customers even though I am gold member
Marcus even don’t like to cooperate and talk to the other branches

I rented a car for more than 62 days since I had an accident in my own car and I really have no complaints about the Hertz staff and their services, especially I appreciate the trust and professionalism of Megan V. Philips, I recommend it, thank you
