“I tried calling this location to determine if the protein I was looking for was in stock. The person answered and asked if I could call back in 2 minutes, since he was the only one on the schedule and had a customer.
Me, having a background in customer service, immediately said yes and started driving there (just in case).
What I wasn't expecting is the staff member to not only call back, but also took the time to look at the inventory.
Although my protein wasn't in stock, this is the most customer service I've experienced in a LONG WHILE. Kudos, GNC!”
