“Nice folks. I bought a belt and blades from them last week. The belt broke within 30 minutes, called them and without asking to SEE the belt the associate assured me it was my spindle and told me they would not replace the belt. The spindles all turn freely, the blades do not shake, but he knew they were the problem. I won't be back.Edit!Alex and I spoke and a refund was issued. While neither of us is sure why the belt broke, his ability to handle the situation was awesome and professional. His attitude alone warrants me giving my business back to them. Thank you, Alex, for taking the time to be more than fair.”

Also there seems to be no employees anywhere and most do not have an understanding of the sections that they work but today I gave 4 stars because of Alan in the plumbing section. He is very knowledgeable and has helped countless times. Hopefully he is well compensated because people were lined up for his help.”
