Called and spoke to Leo about Euro purchases. They allow Non customers to purchase but limited to 2,000 a day 4,000 per month. Comw to find out it's USD the limit is placed on not the Euro. Also no Euros on premises about 72 hours before you get them. Also you CAN NOT have someone pick them up so I will have another 1.5 hour trip to pick them up.
