Literally the WORST customer service, ladies have lots of attitude while helping, i asked for a wifi password because my international parents have no service and she says “we don’t have wifi password, we don’t know we just have personal wifi” like that is not appropriate answer in any scenario.

Really bad prices. You can often get NEW clearance stuff at the mall or Target cheaper than what this Goodwill tries to seel their items for. Used shirts for 7-10 dollars is absurd. This stuff is donated right?! Since when is it ok to gouge customers? Oh right, since covid...

I’ve been to Goodwills all over the United States and this one has got to be one of the most overpriced ones I’ve ever been in. Organization of the store was fine. However they’re trying to sell old stock items from Target for more than they even cost when they were on the shelf in the retail store. Ugly sweaters were $10! Most of the clothing was at a flat rate. The hard goods were absurdly priced. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Saw a pair of used shoes priced at $26. It is sad that items are donated and then marked up so high no one can afford them.

First time in Tallahassee GoodwillI bought a Mr Coffees Expresso machine $12.99 and I went home trying and if don’t work went back to return and Casandra Manager said not refund you bought As Is. I left the items loss the money and Goodwill loos a customer. If you going to buy what ever you can’t trying and went I said trying mind cook like a coffee maker is not only plug don’t buying because is a 90% don’t work and you loss you money.Goodwill Store2729 Capital Circle NE Tallahassee FL 32308

They had a nice store. They can only separate clothes so much. They seemed to do it by color mostly. I needed a boys Hawaiian shirt. They didn’t have and boys Hawaiian shirts. They had lots of men’s shirts. Hopefully, I’ll have better luck next time.

Very helpful employees at this location. I don't like that the main entrance is kinda buried at the side, towards the back, but it's nice that they also have a computer store.

I shop at least three different Goodwill stores in Tallahassee and the Cap Circle Goodwill is always the best of the bunch. They offer a very good selection of items in most categories, and keep the store clean, well-organized, with wide aisles. Their prices are the best of the three local stores, to boot. Staff are always smiling and helpful. Having visited Goodwill stores across the country, this is one of the best I have encountered.
