Very organized. Well stocked. Some products may have many choices to choose from. Lots of thought has gone into the layout and selections. The consumer benefits with the choices and can analyze the best value and price for your project. Most important they have GREAT customer service with good attention to detail.

We purchased a dryer on line, paid for a delivery. Home Depot contracted delivery service set up date a time window of 11-330. No call, no nothing they were running late. My wife called all afternoon to Home Depot customer service. Deliver driver finally arrived at 630, we live in a condo in panama city, security asked delivery driver to park over at parking garage and go up elevator next to parking spot. Delivery driver refused and drive off. We were standing there as he drive off. This was Friday May 5. Here it is Friday may 12 and wife has been on home Depot customer service line every day, still no new delivery date . They keep telling her they can locate the dryer. Absolutely unbelievable. She spoke with customer service at 1147 this morning. They said should have a new date and window in 10 minutes. No call, no email. This is the Home Depot contracted delivery service. They said" once we turn over to delivery service it's out of our hands". Extremely Poor Customer Service!!!!!! Actually less than Zero Stars

I'm currently visiting the area and wanted to go look at some plants. I was disappointed because the garden center was not in good condition. A lot of the plants were dry, and nobody was watering them. I wanted some help, and I felt ignored. A lot of the employees did not offer to help. I asked a question, and the lady was very cold and direct and just said no. I'm not sure if they're having staffing issues but the place is not very clean a lot of things are not very organize it just doesn't feel and seem like all the other locations that I've been to. Don't go to this location if you can.

Well heck, I just walked out of “The Home Depot” on the west side of Tallahassee, Florida leaving over a $1,000 worth of expense wood (of substandard quality) and other materials sitting at the check out. I told the check out person that I had a military ID and she ask if I had registered my for “virtual ID” to which I said NO that I had a real Military ID. She then told me I had to register to get the discount to which I told her that I had no reason to “register“ my ID and that If this is how they were going to treat Military Veterans I would just leave. The only thing I can figure is that that will sell that info to make up for the loss of the discount they give Veterans. Oh well, on my way to Ace who still loves their Veterans and gives then a discount as a way to say thank you, not to make money on their private information. Good by Home Depot!

5 stars seriously ! Employees are knowledgeable and helpful. I placed an online order that wasn't ready. The employee explored a few options with me which resulted in me purchasing the items that were "bulked" together ; individually. He even price matched the items ! It was a great experience.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. am very disappointed in the way that Andrew (store manager) and sales associate (Nicole) treated my husband and I during our visit today at store #6374. My husband is a 100% service connected disabled veteran and I am also service connected. He presented his driver’s license which has “veteran” printed clear as day on the ID. Their policy states that “To use Home Depot’s discount, you should present acceptable proof of military service.” I am not sure why a government issued ID which states veteran was not acceptable. Andrew, the manager, said that wasn’t proof. I said fine, we will use mine (while in full uniform). Nicole, the sales associate, asked for my ID, which I presented, and tapped the POS and said are you buying it or not. I was shocked and immediately told my husband that we would cancel our credit card and continue to shop at Lowe’s from this day forward. It was totally insulting and we will never shop with this company again.

Do not purchase any appliances from the Home Depot the company they use to deliver and install are horrible. So much so I cancelled my order and took my business elsewhere. I tried to tell the manager how horribly the contractor they are using are treating their customers, and all he said was he wishes he could do something g about it. You can!!!!! Fire them. This contractor reviews are all the same. They tell how rude they are and refuse to do what they are paid to do. Shame on you for allowing your customers to be treated this way Home Depot. I will be a loyal Lowe’s customer from now on.

Does anyone actually work here? I’ve had to recall the main line twice and it rang for 20 minutes BOTH times. NO ONE EVER PICKED UP!! Such poor customer service is unbelievable for a nationwide company.

I went in at 5:35 pm Monday to buy a replacement fridge for a residents and was told it could be delivered the next day because I made my purchase after 4pm. (No problem, I was very understanding.) I was told it would be delivered today (Wednesday) morning. I have been calling the store getting the run around and hung up on. No ETA, no call from the manager or the delivery guys. I usually shop at Home Depot for all my appliances but because this is an EMERGENCY I went to Lowes. Its now 6:06pm still no fridge. And please don't try to use the COVID-19 as an excuse for not showing up or the crappy service.

Wow. I can't believe what is going on here. My father-in-law just was here last night and used his I.D. and veterans discount but now they giving us a hard time. I really think this is unfair that my father-in-law serves his country and this is the thanks that he gets. They have officially lost some loyal customers.
