Jason and team are amazing; every time I go to this store I normally have a pleasant experience, except for yesterday. Brandon made me not want to even buy anything. I like supporting the business but his general demeanor just felt like he didn't want to be there. I didn't buy anything and just left :/

The store manager Jason was an absolute delight, and provided me with the best customer service I have ever had. I usually go for digital copies of games, but Jason was so kind that I’ll be going in store to purchase items from now on.

Staff were very knowledgeable and helpful by asking questions to guide us to the right choice of games for our kids. The selection was nice but fairly limited regarding switch games. The prices were fair and reasonable, and they offered a nice return policy for used games.

Coming up on 11:30 and they still haven’t opened. Been waiting for 20+ minutes now. Store sign and website says they open at 11:00 on Sundays.

as always great service , the staff there are always helpful , also go above and beyond to help no matter if it's a game/console or trading cards, Jason the store manager hands down needs a raise , his customer service is top notch , 10/10 coming back

Never go to this place. I ordered a razer controller online from Gamestop and they sent me the wrong one by accident. When I went to the store to trade it in for the correct controller, they told me that because it was used they could only replace it if I paid $130 for a new controller. For context, Amazon sells the new version of the controller for $70. The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful.
