As an older man with arthritic feet, I wanted a quality sneaker and some professional guidance, both of which I received at Fleet Feet. The online reservation system was easy and I received assistance easily and quickly. The foot measurement system was thorough and the associate very knowledgeable. I got excellent advice and the sneaker I selected was SO comfortable! I only wish there was a better discount program other than reward points. Still, this is now my go-to place for footwear.

My first time at fleet feet. I'm new to running, and needed a pair of running shoes that won't make the shin splints worse. Jared was amazingly knowledgeable and patient with me! I researched "running shoes for shin splints" before going shoe shopping and made a list of shoes to try on. After scanning and analyzing my feet, the half dozen shoes he first suggested were the exact same ones on the list I had (which I did not share with him until after he made his suggestions). The prices at fleet feet were also the same as the prices elsewhere. I'm excited about my "couch to 5K program" now!

My first time in and unfortunately not the greatest experience. Picked out a couple pairs of Altras and they did not have have either in my size. Decided to try a Mizuno and no stock of that either. For a shoe store, not a great selection of shoes.

A real show store where you're measured and fitted with the best show for you and your activities. Excellent customer service; the sales assistant spent focused time with us and clearly knew what he was doing. I wish all retail stores had such great customer service.

The employee who helped me was knowledgeable, courteous, accommodating, and professional. We went through several pairs until I found the ones that worked for me. The store was clean and organized with a nice selection of products that I personally found useful.

When I decided to get back into running, I realized my 4.5 year old shoes wouldn't cut it. I was nervous to try out a new store, but I'm extremely glad I chose Fleet Feet. Hawthorne's honesty, willingness to listen, and dry sense of humor put me at ease. After doing a scan of my feet, he let me try on some shoes, and found the most comfortable shoes I've ever put on. He even set me up with some inserts. My total came out to be around $200, which was a bit pricey, but I was satisfied, and I didn't feel like I was pressured into buying anything extra, or that they squeezed money out of me. Thank you Fleet Feet and thank you Hawthorne!

This is my "go to" for athletic shoes. The knowledgeable staff provide quality assistance to get me in the RIGHT shoes for my needs. I have a heel spur, plantar facsiatis, and am on my feet all day teaching first grade.

Needed a good pair of tennis shoes for travel and Fleet Feet was the ideal experience! Love the technology they use to measure shoe size and analyze your footstep. EXCELLENT customer service. Even gave me a pair of clean running socks for trying on the shoes. Bought two pairs of shoes -- one at a great sale price! Plus the socks were buy 3 and get one free.
