I came to purchase a pair of shoes from the store today, once I stated what I wanted he told someone to get it from one stash not another. I inquired about what’s the difference in the stash on the left and right he refused to tell me. The manager stated that I shouldn’t be asking questions just pay for my shoes and leave in a very arrogant rude manner. I told him to ring me up then I’ll leave and he refused to sell me the shoes. He told me that he isn’t selling me anything and to get out. He refused to let anyone else sell me a shoe out of the store as well. He stated this is his store and he can sell to whoever he chooses to and I can’t get anything because I questioned him.

Nice clean store. Customer service was a little slow to recognize the customer, but they were very helpful.

I called Finishline at Gov. Square Mall and spoke with Bobby about a pair of shoes. He told me, "if you get here by 7:45, I'll hold them for you. "I drove there to get the shoes, and this guy tells me, "I sold them. "If he knew he wasn't going to hold them or keep his word, he should've told me he wouldn't hold them.I drove 20 minutes, wasting gas, for nothing!

Many great options, but that lady at register was so unnecessarily rude. Mind you, I’m a quiet person and keep to myself most of the time so maybe she was having a bad day, but please do not take it out on the customers lol. Especially if we’re not calling you out. The red head was the one who really helped me out!

My intentions were to go in and exchange a pair of shoes I ordered online. I told the cashier I wanted another size and he went looking in the back. A few minutes passed and he returned with the box but said there was only 1 shoe in the box. He took some time walking around the store to look for the other shoe. After about 5 mins, he came back to the register and said he couldn't find it so I requested a return. He was very polite with great customer service. I do not blame him but I wish there was a better system or procedure with keeping up with the shoes in the back. I really wanted those shoes!!

Lousy place, called to get part, I was told I would get a discount so I drive 45 min to get part and they say "I just can't give you a discount"...So I'm driving home without part, due to being lied to...Do not buy parts here...

My shoes rang up $20 more than they were priced. The manager was helpfull and made sure that I got the right price. The staff is helpful and nice. A lot of shoes were half priced right now too. I bought 3 pairs, all half priced.

You would think that at least returning customers would receive good customer service, not at finish line Tallahassee. It is literally the worst customer service that I have ever received. I’ve tried to return one pair of Nike sneakers that I have purchased for my 2.5 years old baby on 10/19th and purchase 2 new pairs instead along with a Nike sport suite.The guy couldn’t care less if I would spend $1000. In the store. He had zero interest with my business or concern with the fact that I shop there a lot and it was okay with him that I will never do business with them again. He claimed that the shoes are used, not true. My baby tried them at home for 10 min and asked me to take them off due to discomfort. I was giving the customer service number which I’ve called and the lady was being helpful and super professional, I’m awaiting the district manager to call me within 24 to 72 hours. Hopefully all will go well. This is my first bad review ever and I’m 53 years old, it says a lot. Generally speaking from my past experience at this store, only two employees are pleasant to deal with, the rest will ignore you or do you a favor for talking.
