Jordi and Kyle were my Guardian Angels!!!!!!! I burst through the front doors SIX MINUTES to closing ... I know, I know, prior planning and all that. But traffic!!! Anyway, I was desperate to get some materials printed for the following day's professional conference (again, with that pesky prior planning issue--I'm working on it! Promise!!). They were the picture of serene confidence and measured grace. Even in my (admittedly self-inflicted) chaos, they provided calm and patience, allowing me to be solution-focused rather than problem-oriented.

Although the guy behind the counter was helpful, don't bother using their photocopiers to scan official documents. I needed a scan of an 8 1/2 x 14 watermarked official document for a very legitimate reason, and first he said I could only scan in black & white (not acceptable for what I needed). Then I told him what it was and scanned it in color but it did some weird striping so half the content was illegible in the scan. Whisky Tango Foxtrot. So when I call to check before I drive down there, don't tell me you can scan my doc.

Called fedex to drop off a package. I was sent to office max on Apalachee. Then sent to fedex on Thomasville. They refused to accept. Then sent to the west side of Tallahassee. Called customer service. They would not accept my call. When I arrived at the west side FedEx, they sent me to the far east side fed ex at Summit Lake Drive. I know it sounds like an embellished story. It isn’t.2.3 hour time investment. No location would keep the package even after I explained my experience.Use UPS.

Something has happened to this Fed Ex location, may be under new management or who knows! But I give them 0 on customer service & their online service rep. says an address on a pkg sent, wasn't true. Pkg with to a location down street but fortunately neighbor called pkg had been delivered to their address. This was as the guy at desk finally says he had made a final correction (after trying to deal with myself & another guy who just walked up to stand at 3rd register) he kept making g error on address & I finally said it's a 2 not a 5! in address. He says I got it & change made. You can put your card in as label is printed. That's all! I couldn't believe it! He wasn't focus because he felt need to try to deal with two people at once! Geez! Take your business to UPS or use priority mail! You are better off if you do. Use this FedEx location, I say, best of luck to you. Your pkg may or may not get to your location of choice!

I was helped by an employee named Mitchell, who was prompt in serving me and glad to help me with my oddly-sized photos. I could tell he understands not each job is the same and to evaluate the situation to best help the customer. I will be returning for this reason.

I utilized this FedEx location to return an item to another company and an employee incorrectly input the weight for my package as 57.1 lbs instead of 15.7 lbs. Because of this error, the company who I returned the item to will not grant my return (since the weight does not match the item). I filed a claim about this error with FedEx and was told that the company had to call FedEx directly to resolve the issue, even though FedEx made the error. It is an unfortunate situation, but almost two months later, I am still contacting FedEx and the other company a few times a week to get this issue resolved. Because of lack of attention to detail, I would definitely recommend utilizing a different FedEx location or more ideally, I different shipping carrier.

I was traveling through Tallahassee and needed a proposal printed and bound. This FedEx office went above and beyond to take care of me — shout out to Mitchell for being awesome — they are all amazing! Highly recommend.
