Extremely poor customer service from management. The manage on duty has no personality and alway has an attitude. She doesn't go be the company return of exchange policy. She makes up her own rules. She never smiles or speaks. She doesn't belong in customer. Dollar general needs to hire management who enjoy working with other , don't mine smiling, greeting customers and followers company policy. I am a regular customer and she is always working a nasty attitude towards customer. She needs to be trained or demoted to a position where she is not working with customer. Apparently she's the only manager for this location. Customer service is dead!

Employees are very unprofessional and rude especially the lady that works in the evening. I believe she is the assistant manager. I don't recommend anyone shop here. Everything is always in the wrong spots and pricing is always wrong. Needs new management

Just a few years ago I visited the store and it wasn't very clean nor were the shelves stocked with supplies and things that we needed. I used the store because it was convenient however whoever the manager (Female) is now is always detail cleaning, the shelves are stocked nice and neatly,customer service is awesome. My return back to the store was my best decision ever. Thank you Family Dollar!

Went into this Family Dollar at least two times. Usually around 7:30 PM. The lady there is so rude she never is friendly and never wants to help you to find items. Not sure why Management/Owners keep her there. Totally horrible experience for me.

They are never opened. Today they are allowing one customer in the store at a time. Don't waste your time.
