Honestly, the absolute worst customer service. I walked in 15 minutes before closing and one of the girls asked "can I help you with anything" and I said yes, and explained to her with what and her response was "okay we close in 15 minutes." Like okay? So you're not helping me. Cool. I tried on my clothes and on my way out I said "thank you, bye" and I got no response except a smile before I said that and then she proceeded to talk about her evening with her friend or coworker. Zero customer service. Not only is everyone highly overpriced but on top of that you get garbage service every time you come in here. It's really sad for such a good looking store to have such terrible customer service.

Review is for the unfriendly lady who told me yesterday that they close in 20 minutes and went behind me each time I looked at something to adjust it. Clothes are super cute just slightly overpriced.

This is a review about Fabrik on line. The LOCAL TALLAHASSEE STORE IS VERY NICE, WELL MERCHANDISED, AND A GOOD CREW OF SALESPEOPLE but they didn’t have the vendor I was looking for. I ordered 3 shirts from Fabrik on line but only received 1 and I can’t get anyone from this company to respond to several emails. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. INDIVIDUAL STORES SHOULD BE OK...JUST DON’T ORDER FROM THEIR ON LINE STORE!!!

Always found super cute stuff here but the past year I stop in every now & then and nothings caught my eyes & things are quite basic for what they charge. Highly recommend going to the store right next to it (Walter green) as they have a bigger selection of quality brands for better prices.

My experience at the tally store has been very good. Employees are super attentive and make excellent suggestions when asked for guidance or opinions. I felt like everything was super affordable and have loved all my purchases this summer and stuff I got for fall.
