We needed a place to stay in Tallahassee for an event and chose this hotel since it had 3 beds (2 standard beds and a sleeper sofa). Overall we were pleased, especially with the cleanliness of the lobby and our room. The staff were friendly and we were comfortable for our 2- night stay. There's a full kitchen if you wish to cook and laundry services on site. The gym only contains 2 machines (elliptical and treadmill) which surprised me and there's no significant breakfast to speak of (coffee, granola bars, instant oatmeal and muffins), so I would definitely suggest they look at expanding those aspects of the hotel. The sofa bed wasn't very comfortable and the beds and pillows were a bit soft and worn, so a refresh there would be nice as well. Overall we would stay here again but only if we needed 2 beds and didn't require amenities offered by other big hotel chains.

We needed accommodations for one night, near ARP for cross country. Our greeting was wonderful. The suite was clean and very spacious. We did utilize the pullout and unfortunately that was a major drawback. A massive amount of crumbs, rice and several short curly hairs were dumped off the mattress. The pullout mattress left little to be desired and left one of us with an extremely uncomfortable sleep. The mattress definitely needs to be changed. The sloping of the mattress was ridiculous.All the staff we came in contact with were welcoming and for a one night stay, it worked. Don't count on the pullout (maybe bring a cot).Location was perfect, near dunkin and walking distance to Outback.

Fine place to stay for a couple of nights. Adequate rooms, service was excellent. David, the manager on duty upon our arrival was professional, gracious, and accommodating . Enjoy the stay. Cost for two nights was $781.85. That's exorbitant . realizing it was a football weekend we expected to pay more but the cost at this hotel as well as every other hotel in Tallahassee on football weekends are highway robbery, almost literally.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Rich, at the front desk, greeted me with a smile and a hearty "GOOD MORNING" every day he was on duty. He helped me sort out MY error when I tried to extend my stay. Sabrina, from housekeeping, did a great job on my room.The next time I'm in Tallahassee, this hotel will be my first choice for accommodations. As an added bonus, Outback Steakhouse is walking distance from the hotel.I highly recommend this particular Extended Stay America. Easy on/off I-10, close to lots of shopping and restaurants...and an easy drive to Select Specialty Hospital where my husband spent a month recovering from covid.Thank you Rich for making my stay as pleasant as possible.Rooms: 4 burner stove w/oven; dishwasher; full fridge; comfy bed; plenty of towelsNearby activities: I wasn't there for entertainment. My husband was in the hospital. However, there seemed to be plenty to doSafety: I felt safe and secure while I was there.Noteworthy details: Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful staff. On a 1 - 10 scale with 10 being the best? 10 +++

Staff are all super nice and helpful. Rich and David go above and beyond for their customers. I would love to see some of the appliances get update but the rooms are overall well kept and clean. I highly recommend staying here for extended stays.

I felt very welcomed as soon as I arrived. Rich greeted me with a smile and offered me bottled water while I waited for my room to be ready. He made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay. I wasn’t aware that the rooms had a full kitchen, which was a plus because I would much rather cook than eat out. Everything was great but I want to make sure Rich gets the recognition he deserves for being an exemplary employee. I was able to observe a few interactions he had with other guests as well and he treated each one with a tremendous amount of kindness and always kept a smile on his face. I believe he is a prime example of class and he is willing to go above and beyond for the guests here at Extended Stay Killearn!

Rich and Shanicia were incredible about helping me. The entire staff was lovely but they really shone because I did ask questions at odd hours.This is a solid establishment. Room was comfortable and clean, supplies were easily accessed, and it is just a short walk to the Outback Steakhouse. I'd stay here again for sure.Safety: I felt very safe and comfortable.Food & drinks: The hotel has fast breakfast options and you're right next to an Outback Steakhouse that's very nice

Due to a tree falling in our house we have been living at the ESA Tallahassee Killearn location for over 2 months now and I want to take a moment to tell everyone how great the staff has been. First of Sabrina is the main girl that cleans all the rooms and she does such a great job. We have two rooms because we wouldn’t fit in just one and our young adult son and his two teenage brothers stay in one and cleaning there room can be a challenge. She does also have another girl that helps her and I apologize I do not remember her name but she is a great help as well. I always am able to get fresh linens and towels from the girls along with anything else and if the see us they always have a big smile and say hi. Shanicia and David work the desk and are always very attentive and have smiles on there face. David has went beyond his job more than once to help us out and it has been very helpful. Managment Diana and Rich always have big smiles and asking if we need anything. If we have issues, which we really haven’t, they always attend to our needs right away. I feel like I may have forgot someone else and if I have know that I am thankful for you as well. All of the staff has made our away from home living situation easier and more bearable. There is coffee and hot water in the mornings along with granola bars or muffins so you can grab and go. They do also have packs of oatmeal and grits you can make. Along with tea and hot chocolate packets. The rooms are spacious and have a full kitchen in them. There is a pool that is always kept clean as well. The location is great because it is close to many restaurants and the interstate. There is a little workout room as well. We will be here another couple months and once we leave I would stay here again if needed.

We had an amazing stay here. This is the cleanest, friendliest and safest extended america we have stayed in. Rich is amazing! The staff really made us feel at home. Great experience!!!

Dianne, Rich and all of the hotel staff have been very friendly and helpful during my multiple stays. Rooms are clean and the location is convenient to restaurants and stores.

Gotta give these guys props! If you're looking for value for your money this place killed it. Daytime and afternoon staff are super friendly and helpful ! Night staff sleeps so if you need something you have to wake them up.....lol .. I just wanted to add that Eric and Sam are hospitality experts these guys were great super personable and professional... Thanks for the great stay!

I loved having a four-burner stove & the oven & the tall chairs with a backrest to sit on while I eat at the little bar area inside my room. A big help was David who made my stay memorable. Another big help was the dishes they provided, & a dish washer, this made everything feel like home and helped me save money so I wouldn't have to eat out every meal. Maintenance responded quickly when I had a problem after a severe thunderstorm.

My recent stay at “Extended Stay America” (ESA) Tallahassee, FL was remarkable!I could not believe that EVERY Employee was friendly, courteous, helpful, engaging, and professional!No matter what the request was, they were always pleasant, understanding, and willing to assist in anyway!I want to personally thank Christina(GM), Rich, Shanica, Sabrina, Alada, & Ryan!!Truly consummate professional’s!!Thank you again for such a pleasant experience!I also would like to carve out Rich, who is a guest service representative. Rich always greets you with a smile, & he will ensure you have everything you need and mention items you may be in need of that perhaps you did not know are available. He takes his time with Hotel guests to ensure they are having a seamless stay that they enjoy!!He has a skill sets of a team leader, & would be a perfect fit in management, as he displays skill sets troubleshooting, deescalating heightened issues, has a pleasant personality with strength in his knowledge of the ESA Corporation.I truly believe his skill sets would be a perfect fit for ESA & its continued growth, positive guest experiences & positive Reviews!!Thanks again Rich!!LindsyRooms: I enjoyed the clean & spacious rooms!Walkability: Located right near all sources of shopping and food and beverages!!
