My sister and I met with Don at Edward Jones and couldn't have been happier. He was professional, kind and patient. We have very little understanding of markets/stocks etc. and before we left he made sure we had complete understanding of where our money was and the reason it was there. His assistant Angela was amazing. Quick, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. At no time did we feel pushed or hurried into making any choices and both Don and Angela made sure we were educated and comfortable with our decisions . The service this teams provides is excellent. And, importantly, the service doesn't stop just because you leave the office. Since our initial visit we have contacted them to make changes and adjustments and get copies of this or that or just had a follow up question and both Don and Angela are always available. The office environment is clean and comfortable and parking was plentiful. I highly recommend this office to anyone who might be looking for a financial adviser. This office gets it right.
