I order from an online retailer who used a third party shipper who used this place as their third party shipper! After several days of calling with no answer, I finally got a lady on the phone. She answered the phone as Pilot Freight?? So I asked if was in fact Economy Moving, and she answered yes. I told her I was calling to SCHEDULE a delivery for a package. She asked me for the shipping number. I said I had a couple of numbers, I wasn’t sure which one it was. Anyway, gave her the number. She put me on hold for a few minutes then came back and said my package had been set up for delivery on a certain day with an 8 hour time frame for them to deliver it. I asked her what it I wasn’t here. She told me it didn’t matter, they would still deliver it. I said my online retailer said I needed to sign for it. She said it was shipped to them with a no signature required order. Now, I’m not sure how it went from me having to sign for it ( proving I got the package ), to they just drop it off at my house and say it’s been delivered.
Something isn’t right about that.
Would I recommend this company? No way! Rent a u-haul and phone a friend! Or just find another company.

The lady that answered the phone is RUDE as hell. She doesn’t give her name and asking her questions about your delivery is like pulling teeth. I didn’t choose this company and if I had a choice I would never choose them base off of the front desk staff. The DELIVERY GUYS was AWESOME! Very polite and even offered to bring my items in the house instead of leaving it in the garage. Great job fellas. These guys need their own moving service! I would definitely recommend them and not this goofy company.

Do not use this company! They are very rude and unhelpful. We ordered an expensive item online that was delivered through them and they basically told me they had to drop it in the road and couldn't help put it in my garage. When I arranged the delivery, they told me that only 1 person over 18 had to be there to SIGN or I would have arranged people to help since their lazy delivery guys didn't want to lift a finger. Also, the lady that answers the phone is very rude and needs to find a new job that doesn't involve speaking to people.

We truly had a great experience with Economy Moving and Storage. When I contacted the company to schedule our delivery the young lady was pleasant and efficient. They gave us an 8 hour window but the gentleman called an hour before in the morning and told us the precise time that he would be there. Our delivery came in 3 very large, heavy boxes and he made it as easy as possible for us. He went out of his way to make sure that we didn't either kill ourselves or damage the product getting it down our wooded driveway to our car port. Thank you, Economy (and especially our driver), for making our delivery so easy for us.

Bunch of liars. Had a deliver set up for 3-6pm. Someone supposed to call 30 minutes before delivery. Driver shows up at 12:34pm and nobody ever calls me. Then they say they are no longer in the area and will not deliver between 3-6pm. Now my shipment is delayed a full week. Terrible customer service and does not live up to their promises. Worst part is, I didn't pick this company. Another company dumped my deliver off on them, so not like I had a choice. If I did, and saw their reviews from the beginning, would never have agreed. Steer clear.

In spite of all the negative reviews I had no problems with the actual delivery. My TV arrived in perfect condition. The delivery guys were very professional. They wore masks and slide my TV right in the front door. I ordered my TV through WalMart and paid an extra $89 for Pilot to deliver it. I received an email from Pilot telling me to call them to schedule a delivery appointment. When I called they told me they do not deliver to my area and they subcontracted Economy Moving to make the delivery. I tried for three days to call Economy and no one would answer and the voicemail was full. Eventually I received an email saying I had called and scheduled an appointment that I didnt. It gave me a delivery day and an 8 hour delivery window. I tried calling Economy Moving again several times with no answer. I called Pilot and they were able to get Economy Moving on the phone. The lady I spoke with was unwilling to give me any sort of estimation of delivery time. I had to take an entire day off of work to wait for the delivery that arrived at 6:45PM. As for the delivery it was perfect but dont expect any sort of communication with Economy Shipping. They wont answer the phone and they wont give you any sort of time frame for a delivery except for the day it will arrive.

I ordered furniture from Sam's and this company was suppose to deliver it to my home. They scheduled the appointment for a Friday delivery between the hours of 10:00-6:00 p.m. with a 30 minute before delivery call. I waited all day and never received a call nor my furniture. When I called Monday to inquire, the rude lady on the phone said that the delivery truck came to my house, took a picture and because they did not see a car in the driveway, took my furniture back to the warehouse. I informed her that I was home at the said time and I park my car in my garage! She told me that I could reschedule the delivery or she could return my purchase to Sam's. I cannot understand how "She" could return something that I had already paid for! There was no apology, no nice tone nor any professionalism with this company at all. I hope Sam's cancel their contract with them. I will be writing the corporate office a letter sharing my experience with them.

WORST EXPERIENCE!!!! my package was received at their office on 19th. I never received any contact. I contacted them on 22nd because the place I bought item from. I sat on hold for HOURS with the 1800 and then just received voicemail with this office.. They were to deliver a 500 part I bought from CarId. First I was told they tried calling twice. Then it was determined they were looking at wrong persons delivery. Then we sat up a delivery after I was told they didnt receive my package till 12 hours before. HOWEVER, they scanned my package into their computer 3 days prior. Here I am the following monday had my spouse take off work all day to wait on hood and no one has showed up, emailed or called. I explained to lady from local office we have A HUGE JOB on the line amd our client is so upset they want to cancel a whole car rebuild over this BEFORE SHE MADE MY APPOINTMENT. You not only made yourself look bad but myself and my business now looks just as bad as yours. I would not recommend anyone who needs something on time and wants communication not use this service.

DO NOT!!! I REPEAT DO NOT BY ANY MEANS USE THIS SERVICE. THIS PIECE OF CRAP COMPANY DESERVES TO BE SHUT DOWN AND REPORTED TO BBB. I SERIOUSLY DO NOT UNDERSTAND HOW THEY ARE IN BUSINESS. MY ITEM WAS SCHEDULED TO BE DELIVERED THROUH THEM AS A THIRD PARTY DUE TO THE MERCHANT I ORDERED FROM NOT SERVICING MY AREA. LET ME START BY SAYING HOW RUDE AND TERRIBLE THE WOMAN WHO ANSWERS THE PHONE IS. DELIVERY WAS LATE OUTSIDE OF DELIVERY WINDOW BY OVER AN HOUR. NOT TO MENTION THE BOX WAS RIPPED AND DAMAGED. Our only contact has been through a phone call. We make a call and get a "Huh, what do you want? and we were like "is this so-so company". We got the reply of "Yeah".
Then when we tell the woman that we were contacted by phone twice, given this phone number and email once to schedule a delivery she tells us that they don't have the item and will not get it until this afternoon. She tells us she can't set up a delivery. We were like then why are we being called to do so. So we asked her could we leave another phone number to call. She tells us she is UNABLE to do take the phone number because she doesn't have the paperwork. She was very dismissive, condescending and unhelpful. She then hung up without properly ending the phone call. Since the company that did the shipping is different than this place, I had looked up the phone number and it directed me here.
If you could give a -1, -2, -3, -4 that would be so appropriate with this company and their one employee. Your first contact is with a rude, unprofessional, condescending employee.
