Employees are really great here. The Selection of items available is average compared to other dollar trees in Tallahassee. Could have some more Selection in the food and drink aisle.

The rudest Dollar Tree I have been in across the 4 states I lived in. No customer interaction at all. Oh they did follow us around the store tho???

Store was pretty clean and straightened compared to other stores like this I have seen which are usually destroyed. The employees very nice and helpful as I was looking for something, ask for help and the lady stopped what she was doing and tried help me find it, not just tell me what isle it was on!

Ordered 2 cases of glasses one month ago to be shipped to the store for pickup. I received a email a month later informing me they arrived for pickup. When I arrived, only 1 case was delivered. I called 2 days in a row inquiring about my order that I paid for and was already taken out my bank account. Why take my money if you’re going to keep one of the cases and my money. They could not find it. I contacted customer support via online and they told me they couldn’t find my missing case and they don’t offer reshipments or replacements. VERY BAD FOR BUSINESS. DO NOT ORDER NOTHING ONLINE FROM DOLLAR TREE. JUST GO TO THE STORE OR ORDER OFF AMAZON WHERE YOU ARE GUARANTEED A REPLACEMENT OR RESHIPMENT. I will see if I will get a refund.
