Amy The Manager At 3612 Woodville Hwy. Tallahassee, Fl Was So Poor And Unacceptable. CONFRONTATIONAL With Customers Which Was Caught On Videos. No Receipt Was Given To My Husband For A Defective Propane Gas Tank And My Husband Was Given The Run Around That No Keys Were Close But In Fact( Caught Under Video)...The Keys To The Enclosed New Propane Gas Tank Was Right In Front Of Her Behind The Cash Register.

Was told they won't give me cash back because it was too early in the morning even though it was 9:30 am which was clearly a lie the way he tripped over his words. Will never be back at this trashy store again

They didn't have the pill organizer I was looking for, but the employee kindly walked with me to the aisle and helped me look for it.

On Saturday, Aug. 6, 2022 my son and I went into the new dollar general at 3611 Wood ville Hwy. As we were in the process of checking out my items were ring up for more than what shelf price showed. I told the cashier, whom is the manager (White male in his late 20's, early 30's whom states he is a veteran) of that store the shelf price and I would like my items for the price shown. He gave me a nasty look. So I said we can walk over and I'll show you. As we both reached the aisle the items were on the price was exactly what I stated. He proceeds to tell me well I have to see if its the same item. I told him yes read your labels they all match what I have. He gets irate and loud in a yelling tone "Ma'am if you are going to act like this I won't" and he Cuts his statement off. I yelled back and told him you don't have to yell ate cause I was not yelling at him. My 7 year old son comes up in defense jumps between the manager and I because the manager was in my face. My son push me and the manager back and the manager grabs my son by his head and shove, pushes him down to the floor on his knees. I called the cops so did he. I filed and its will be handed. The manager at this store is very rude. We are not his first incident he has had with customers. Apparently he has a running track with customers. How ironic he tells the cops the camera didn't work on the aisle we were on but it worked on the surrounding aisle. Nonsense.
