Title: Disappointing Customer Service Experience

I recently had a disappointing experience at the Dollar General located at [store address]. One of the workers, Fred, made my checkout process frustratingly inconvenient. Despite making eye contact and attempting to get assistance, he seemed more focused on stocking shelves than attending to customers.
I waited for over 10 minutes at the checkout, and it was only when a vendor intervened and had to call Fred's attention that I finally received assistance. This lack of attention to customer needs was disheartening.
I believe in constructive feedback, and I hope that Dollar General takes this into consideration to improve their customer service. A more customer-centric approach would greatly enhance the overall shopping experience.

The new manager has a horrible attitude problem. It wasn't just like "a bad day" situation, and has also been on multiple occasions. Its not just your regular eye rolls, she treats customers VERY nasty for no reason. Been shopping here for 6 years, but now all of a sudden since Felicia is the new manager, there are problems.

LITERALLY ALWAYS closed it says system down but the employees said it’s due to a lack of employees . Maybe you guys should change your hours until you get it together. Some employees are nice others are rude . Which you will normally find anywhere but seriously the random hours are kind of annoying
