steven the manager was very unprofessional. he is very inconsiderate towards his employees and i didn’t appreciate the way he was acting. this was not a pleasant dollar general experience.

Steven the acting manager was very unprofessional. He told me to get in his aisle so he can ring me up but when I did, he was still busy with a previous transaction which allowed other customers to go before before me in the spot I was originally In. When I expressed my concern he went off on me in front of other customers. Bad customer service. I won't be returning to that location

Location is the best thing about this store. My experiences's here have been mostly good when interacting with employees but even when help was plentiful, they are always short handed. Yesterday I asked for a key to the bathroom from the lone cashier and she handed me one to the mens room. Fortunately a different employee was back there and said it was fine to use. Later, when rounding a corner, a merchandise post scraped my armed cutting it. At checkout, when I told the same cashier about the incident, she didn't respond so I repeated myself. She said "I heard you" and kept ringing up. She was so awful that the customer behind me loudly said "RUDE!" Such a shame that a paid employee has zero consideration for customers much less having her employer's back. A small child could seriously injure their head, the liability is there waiting to happen. This is a WALL of unsafe conditions. I'm posting a picture of the prongs from the side, they need to be taken care of it and the cashier shouldn't wear a necklace with her name on it if she wants to behave this rudely.

On Oct. 22, 2021 attempted to get something out this dollar general for my child and was refused entry by an employee who stated they were closed. I looked at time and it was 8:51 and the store was closes at 9. The employee was rude and wrong for locking the door early.
