Made an appointment for tire rotation. Showed up early and was told it would take 30-45 min. I came back 1 hr later and they were just pulling my car into the bay. What's the point of an appointment?!

Liars and scammers… went with a nail in my SUV back tire and they wanted me to change all four wheels. Then they run an asessment of the tires condition and they said they were ready to be replaced (thel all have 10k miles).
Avoid this gold diggers at all time… they only want to charge you for new tiers disregarding your really issue. Went to a local tire repars shop and ggot the wheel fixed for 20 bucks beyond telling me it was in perfect shape!

I waited 30 minutes for a tire air check because my tire pressure light came on and no one even acknowledged that I was there waiting. Four other people were also waiting in line with me. We all left. If the employees are too busy to do an air check, they should close it until they are less busy. Because waiting 30 minutes to not even be acknowledged is bad business. I won't be going back.

Booked an appointment for 12pm they told me it would be 1 hour wait i said no problem than after 2 and a half hours the man approaches me and says they had to take 1 and 2 o clock appointments because they are priority when my appointment was before them. I had to leave and come back because it took so long i don’t see the point of booking an appointment if they’re gonna let people go ahead of you. then when they finally do check my car they hold it for 5 minutes and tell me i can’t get an alignment because of a bigger issue which is understandable but i waited all day for 5 min service which should’ve been done at that time i scheduled. Wasted a whole day at the tire shop when i could’ve been going to the mechanic now it’s to late and i have to
Wait til tomorrow because of them.The worker didn’t even seem to care he wasted my time. I don’t need his sincerity but customer service should be the least common decency.

Great staff!! Courteous and quick. Tire rotation without an appointment in less than an hour.
Update: Got me out with a rotation and no appointment in less than two hours.
Update 2: Consistently able to take care of me... even without a problem. They were hopping during this visit and still got my rotation in and out within an hour.

We were on a road trip and encountered a nail in the tire that was causing a slow leak. We stopped by Discount Tire and were greeted professionally. They gave me an hour time frame to fix it. To my surprise when I came to pick up the car they had a policy of not charging to fix nails in tires. What a great experience and staff.
