Great customer service every time I come here. Mainly shop here for shoes and the people who run that area are great. Very friendly and quick to give help when needed. The ladies who run the purse area as well are great. Overall a great experience at this Dillards.

I'm at the store manager. He seemed very friendly. Unfortunately, he said that I'd stop doing the extra 40% off sale after covid. It used to be the best deal around for work clothes. But he did say check out their website & returns can be made to the store.
