Me and my family are in line now. One of the customer service people, Matt on register 1 called the guest in front of us then walked away after he served them. He then went to the other side of the counter where he served a guest who had just walked up. We only had one item. I’m not sure if his actions were in accordance with store policy but it seemed weird to me.. has anyone else experienced this at a Dick’s Sporting Goods store?

Great customer service! Ricky was very helpful and good at juggling the various things demanding his attention while still making sure everyone was being serviced.

First time in this store today. I came in search of a gift for a child who enjoys playing golf. I saw the perfect gift on their website, and they had plenty of the item in stock. It was easy to find.Will I be back? Probably not any time soon, but that is only because do not shop in sporting good stores often.

Manager was great helped with me price matching due to improper marking.However, older gentleman in golf section needs a better attitude and doesn’t belong in sales. Would have left with $1200 golf clubs felt like I was a bother to him. Terrible attitude, terrible employee.

I had an amazing experience in the shoe department! Hailey is knowledgeable and helpful. My partner and I found some great shoes and had a lot of fun in the process. Thanks Hailey!! Oh yeah and we won't be seeing that second Indian movie.? Inside joke!!

Very clean and well stocked store. My goal was to purchase items recommended by my physical therapist to assist me with my home stretches and exercises. Dick's had all the items I needed for my home rehabilitation. The prices are good. Same or lower than on Amazon, Ebay, etc. I like the location because the store is only about 5 miles from Veterans Affairs Medical Clinic.

Today was the first time I have been inside this store. Awesome!! All types of interesting stuff. ?? You can get your fishing, hunting, etc. Licences. If you are over 65, yours is free, just have your FL ID for the Game Warden, when he or she silently walk up on you. I said it like that because you are concentrating so much on fishing etc. that it seems like they just appeared out of no where!! ☺ Always follow the rules, etc. so everyone can enjoy themselves. But they have what you need. If not they will tell you where to go!!!!

Ordering online is a hassle they ship with fed ex expect multiple delays on your packages they say guaranteed delivery by father's day but of course expected delivery was the 16th now it's after father's day false advertising

The place was big and very clean. There were friendly staff for the most part everywhere in the store. We asked for the knives section and were directed to a small area near the checkout. I was amazed at the fact that they had hardly any knives. I feel that they could have more diving knives and camping knives too.
