I am new to the golf game and wanted to try a particular set of Irons in the simulator. Not only was I allowed to try the clubs, I was given some very helpful tips by Ed. 5 Stars for Ed's service.

Golf pro shop was awesome.
Checked my swing in the cage and simulator after not playing for 8 years. Set of clubs, bag, shoes with gear and I was at the golf course swinging in the Florida sun the same day. Thank You Ed!

Me and my family are in line now. One of the customer service people, Matt on register 1 called the guest in front of us then walked away after he served them. He then went to the other side of the counter where he served a guest who had just walked up. We only had one item. I’m not sure if his actions were in accordance with store policy but it seemed weird to me.. has anyone else experienced this at a Dick’s Sporting Goods store?

First time in this store today. I came in search of a gift for a child who enjoys playing golf. I saw the perfect gift on their website, and they had plenty of the item in stock. It was easy to find.Will I be back? Probably not any time soon, but that is only because do not shop in sporting good stores often.

Manager was great helped with me price matching due to improper marking.However, older gentleman in golf section needs a better attitude and doesn’t belong in sales. Would have left with $1200 golf clubs felt like I was a bother to him. Terrible attitude, terrible employee.

Always have great customer service and individuals who actually play/played the sports in the areas they are in. Or are trained in the types of products. If not they call someone from a different area that does know.

No hunting items. Fishing stuff is cheaper and better at the other outdoors shop no need to go here
