I went to have gel nails done on 11/17/23 & it was a pleasant experience. THE NEXT day 4 of 10 nails chipped and I was not working or doing any activity to cause damages.I went back on 11/21/23 (Tuesday) after being out of town over the weekend. Diamond Nails is closed on Mondays. I spoke to the older gentleman who I believe is the owner. He immediately told me I didn’t have my nails done recently! He continued to say that there was no way it was just a few days ago. I showed him my debit online charge to prove date. He continued to say it was not his fault. He was very rude & unprofessional!!! He did not redo the four very chipped areas…he just dabbed gel polish over the spots. He did not talk & continued to be very rude. He spoke to his wife in Vietnamese during his feeble repair attempt. My nail actually chipped within 30 minutes of leaving Diamond Nails.Please don’t use this place!!! Bad attitude & unprofessional behavior. See pictures below.

I think they used old polish. It dried in clumps on my nails. I spoke to the manager twice to ask if they would fix it and use new polish, and he refused. Never going back.Service: Manicure

My Pedicure wasn't the best... The male technician who did my pedicure and gel manicure failed me today. He couldn't get it right. Kim fixed my nails but when I made it to the car I realized my toes weren't polished properly.. what a waste of money.. I didn't have the energy to go back in and this was for my birthday.

NEVER go to this place. I found this place after my nail tech moved due to the salon being sold. The customer service is terrible, there's no warm greeting upon entering and you're rushed to "pick a color". It had been three weeks since my last fill and a few of my nails were visibly lifting. The slender gentleman that sits at end quickly began to take off my gel color with the drill and when I stated the drill was HOT on my finger he looks at me as though he was aggravated. Once he finished he began to set up the acrylic station, I politely asked him did he noticed the lifting nails and he states "You need to take them off and get a new set" looking confused I asked why didn't he mention that before attempting to apply acrylic to lifting nails. I have gotten powder-dipped nails at a few places around town but will not come back here. The quality is not good, they started breaking and chipping four days after I got them done, and there aren't a lot of color options. It's the most I've paid for dipped nails, too. The people were nice, but I won't go back.

I have gotten powder dipped nail at a couple of places in town, and I won't go back here- the quality of the powder or polish is not good. Within five days two of my nails got a huge chip off the tips, and the sixth day two of my nails broke (I was reaching in a cooler for a drink). I don't want to go and pay for them to fix it because it's just not worth it. They were nice, but this is the most I've paid for powder nails, and it's been the poorest quality.Service: Dip powder

I have been a few times. Nice environment and people but prices for the same manicure due tend to differ at each visit but most of the techs are awesome. I did have one man who rushed and didn't do the best job but again, some techs are better than others.Services: Acrylic nails

Great customer service. Their deluxe paraffin pedicure is absolutely worth the extra cost. The nail techs are all very professional and polite. The place is always very clean. This is the only place I get my nails done.

Love how everyone practices safety. The owners are so empathetic and patient. I love getting my nails, and eyebrows done here. You will want to tip them nicely
