Simple elementary customer service. I accidentally left an item at the self checkout. I was told very briefly like I was a problem "hold please" at 6 PM today 4/29/24. I waited at home for about ten minutes of being on hold.. crickets. So drove to the CVS while still on hold. The CS person was on personal cell while I told her I was put in hold by you. She acted shocked. Got my item and left. Guess Walgreens near by it is. Jeez 1000s of dollars down the years. Disappointed sadly. Personal cell cold busted by customer is either no screening or lack of good training IMO /rant

It's a bit annoying how long I have to wait to be helped. They don't usually have more than one or two cashiers/sales associates on the floor. Their self checkout machines glitch often as well.

I have been coming here for years with a positive experience, however, that definitely was not the case the past several times I visited this store. There are several issues with their cvs pharmacy team, and I highly encourage their district team look into it. I am not sure I will ever be back after today, and I am an extremely forgiving and understanding customer. Sadly, this is my first negative review.

When making a return and the cashier wants to argue with you that the parts aren’t included.. went to return this light bar for not having the bottom part that makes it stand as well and blinking without stopping and was told it’s a light bar and doesn’t have the bottom.. how else does it stand up? Do your research; hire better employees and or managers. This comment wasn’t needed especially since I just dispelled it. F for fail CVS

Put in a same day photo order online. We were notified it would be complete by 345pm. When we came to pick it up much later that evening, the employee acknowledged that she saw our order come through earlier in the day but informed us that their photo center had been down for multiple days. There was no update online, and no one contacted us to let us know our order could not be fulfilled. I ordered a framed print for my MILs birthday that I was never able to give her because our order was ignored. I would have sent it to a different cvs had I known. We finally were able to pick up our same day pick up order today (4 days later), and there was a piece missing from the frame so I'll have to go back.

Nice and clean, staff was really helpful un finding products I needed. I visited this location because the one close to me closed down. They had a nice sake as always on laundry detergent

Pharmacies at this store are so smart that they treat patient as a calling Prescriber and transfer them to a voice mail that records prescriptions from a doctor or a prescriber. CVS should fire these pharmacies who are not wiling to help their patient.

Was on hold for over 10 mins. Walked in and there were 3 pharmacist doing nothing and helping no one. Just watching the phone ring. The pharmacy staff is rude and unprofessional. I am moving my prescription not only from this location but from CVS completely. Terrible business practices here. I plan on never shopping at CVS again and will tell others

I want to take this time and opportunity to commend Tommy, the Store Manager, Jamie and all front store cashiers for being so professional, kind and always pleasant, I highly recommend a raise for these AWESOME people. Tommy is the most amazing manager ever. He cares about customers. On the contrary, if I could give Ebony and Lizzie in the Pharmacy a -0 I would. They are very unprofessional, not relatable and arrogant as hell. Why are these ladies even working there???? Peter on Saturday via phone was very helpful and I recommend a raise for him also. Cars were backed up on Friday waiting to get tested and eventually drove off. Please close this Pharmacy DOWN. I was very feverish and needed assistance in the Pharmacy and again Ebony and Lizzie was very unbothered.

Super friendly girl working here and I found exactly what I needed which was a Sunpass as now I am back in Florida I definitely need one. They had Christmas items for sale ridiculously cheap.
