this location takes forever to give a prescription and I will sometimes have to wait more than 20 minutes in a drive thru just to pick up a prescription. I had a question as to why my prescription was a bit pricier than usual and Malachi was extremely rude to me in the drive thru and in return I just paid the full price just so he could stop having an attitude. horrible customer service in the pharmacy department.

Christina is an amazing customer service support. She actually speaks to customers and handles conversations better than her supervisor on this day. You should maybe think about switching their roles

If I could give 0 stars to this pharmacy I would. Genuinely the rudest people answering the phones and the most HELPLESS pharmacists ever. Do NOT recommend this CVS for your prescriptions, the CVS on Pensacola Street has much more helpful and nicer pharmacists :)

were absolutely no help in getting me my seizure medication. was told that i would have to wait another 30 minutes on top of the two days i already waited because someone was on break. Could have had a seizure at any moment and they did not care at all. never going back again.

i recently moved to tallahassee and have been coming to this cvs minuit clinic the last two times for my health concerns every time i have come the "doctors" have been so rude, unhelpful, and not professional. they are unwilling to speak to you in a professional manner unless you have an appointment and even then they seem annoyed they have to do their job. today when i explained i had an appointment the doctor got extremely rude as i was trying to find out why she couldn't find it she basically said that's not my problem i'm not helping you. If you go here to get medical help be prepared to be disrespected.
