Your senior pharmacy tech is rude, out of touch, and unable to perform her job to capacity. I arrived today at 9:30 AM to notify of a prescription to be filled out. The senior pharmacy tech proceeds to tell me to wait a couple minutes for the prescription to be filled out. I wait. She then tells me to come back at 1:30 PM. I come back at 1:30 PM. She then tells me to come back at 3:00 PM when the pharmacy comes back. I notice that the pharmacist goes on break at 1:30 PM. The same senior pharmacy technician tells me to come back at 2:30 PM or 3:00 PM. I ask which one, 2:30 PM or 3:00 PM. She says 3:00 PM because that's when the pharmacist comes back. What are you people doing over there? I have wasted so much time just to come pick up my prescription, when I can't call in because of the nature of the prescription. No apology from the pharmacy tech, only a sigh and a conniving smile. No apology. Why would you tell me to come back at 1:30 when the pharmacist goes on break, and I can't talk to the pharmacist? Why tell me 3:00 PM when the pharmacist just comes in? This is a terrible pharmacy. You have no oversight of your employee's terrible performance, or any method for the customers to reach out to amend behavior. You rely on the the customer's need to meet their own expectations as a method to silence their disapproval. Its sickening. This has happened multiple months. Several months in a row.

I have asked repeatedly that CVS not refill my prescriptions until I place an order. I DO NOT have (NOR DO I WANT) my prescriptions on automatic refill, Yet you schedule a refill date and then automatically refill my prescriptions on your scheduled refill dates, even when I don't need them yet. I take my medications as directed and am perfectly capable of refilling my prescriptions when I need them. I no longer shop in any CVS store for personal care, over the counter medications, and household supplies because I am so mad at your continuing to refill my prescriptions before I need them. I now shop at Walgreen's or Walmart for these item. So you are losing several hundred dollars a month because I no longer enter your doors nor have I shopped at your stores for years. I will continue to give negative reviews until you discontinue filling my prescriptions automatically.

Mixed reviews If you just need something in the store art it is fast and easy 5/6 stars. Some good buy one get one free or 1/2 off all the time and some coupons for cash back. But the pharmacy is a different story even with three employees and the store looking like a ghost house will always be busy so anything more then pickup not recommend 2 stars.

My wife was supposed to pick up a 90 day prescription. What she got was 60 pills she was supposed to get and 30 pills of something she has never been prescribed. They were totally different sized. Different numbers on the two. No excuse for that.

I am really concerned how much this store has declined. On two occasions in just the last month I have been told prescriptions were filled when they were not by a person and that ordered medication was not. Specifically, by a tech named Erica. I was also told that I was speaking to a pharmacist and that was not the case. It's ashame that it makes me look forward to a complete automation of the service and the elimination of the human service component.
