I would never take my beloved pets anywhere else. Their care is so personalized and special to each animal. Emma and Cat are the absolute best people i’ve ever met. Dr. Hale has taken care of our pets as long as I can remember. There is never overcharging or pressing for extra testing if it is unnecessary. This office truly has your pets best interest at heart. Even if I move away I will be bringing my animals here. You can tell everyone in the office absolutely loves what they do.

I have been taking my pets to Cross Creek Animal Clinic for years. The staff are knowledgeable, kind, compassionate and they take good care of my kitties. They always follow up with a phone call the day after a visit to see how they are doing.

Called first thing in the morning to see if there was a cancellation or drop off slots open as my kitty was just not acting herself and not eating. They were able to squeeze me in as a drop off and took the time to call when they had checked her over. This gave me the greatest relief knowing she's okay as I'm leaving to go out of town tomorrow. Staff were all wonderful from my initial phone call to when I picked her up! ❤️

My daughter adopted a kitten that was found under the hood of a car with its siblings. We took him to Cross Creek. They were so caring and gave my daughter the information and help she needed to get him healthy.

I initially started going to Cross Creek because it was close and it seemed like a smaller more personable vet office. The team here has really blown my expectations out of the water. Dr. Hale and staff have helped me through issues with dogs I've never encountered before. They have done so with compassion and going out of their way to do whatever needed to be done without trying to nickle and dime me. They are there for their patients and I am so glad I found them.

Amazing service, great prices, it is clear that all the employees love their job and truly care for animals. Drop off your pet early morning and pick them up when they are ready, very safe and convenient for people with busy schedules. I went in for my dog’s allergies, and they clearly explained all my options and made sure I understood what they were saying. I never leave reviews but I really loved the Cross Creek animal clinic. Overall, I am very happy with my visit. I go to FSU so my dog only had a vet back home and I would have to wait if he had any issues, but I am glad to say, he now also has a vet in Tallahassee.

If your pet just needs their annual shots, this place is perfectly fine. If your pet is sick, I would not recommend taking your pet here. Because they have you drop off your pet, you don't get to talk with the vet and ask questions. I took my cat here twice with concerns (the second time because what they told me was wrong should have cleared up but didnt), and neither time received comprehensove or adequate treatment. My cat was far sicker than was communicated to me, and I only found out after taking him to a different vet. I was particularly apalled when the new vet rold me that this office had noticed the more severe problems (because it was in his chart) but did not communicate them to me or provide recommendations based on those observations. Namely they noticed his mouth only opened about a half onch, but didnt recommend syringe feeding him. Onstead recommending I change out his food bowls to metal because of his feline acne. They noted potential nerve issues, but failed to communicate that was probably due to a brain tumor.

Have a freind that took his very sick dog here with seizures and we dropped the dog off to come back and pick him up. Noticed dogs tounge was white meaning no blood flow to brain. Now my question is the dog was there at least 8 hours. Did they even look at the dog? When my friend loaded him up and his white tounge was hanging out of his mouth so not rocket science to see how serious it was.Well his dog passed away that night. He got charged 75 dollars for what? That right there shows me no one was watching him.I'm sorry cross creek but I will not bring any of my pets here. This was unexcusable and the dog could have been euthanized instead of suffering.

Everyone there is nice and understanding. Doc is very knowledgeable of issues. I just had my dog Bussy euthanized as he had cancer and could not walk with other ailments. He was 24 and a big black lab. Dr. Hale, techs and staff were soo caring to Bussy and me. This place is so wonderful!! My other dog just got very sick with a host of issues and she was there almost a week.. They did many tests and gave her fluid iv as she was very dehydrated and got an update everyday. They work very hard and it's like home away from home for my dogs who also go in for their shots and boarding.

We have been taking our two dogs to Cross Creek for the past 2.5 years now. Dr. Hale is very knowledgeable and is great with our dogs. We have had a good experience with them until recently. Due to COVID, appointments are now drop-off only. Drop-off is not an issue, but the appointments usually last ~8+, which is significantly longer than we would like to leave our dogs. In addition, we recently took one of our dogs in for a rash. They found an overgrowth of bacteria on his skin, so they prescribed him an antibiotic. However, his rash did not improve much even after about two weeks, so we attempted to call them to find out if there was something else we could try. We tried to get in touch with them several times over the course of the week. The main phone number always leads to a full mailbox. While the secondary number goes through to voicemail, our calls are never returned. It is unfortunate that we have to part ways with the vet, but we cannot stand to see our dog suffer like this.
