Got iPhone 15 plus screen replaced. A defective one was put on but communication was so terrible (had to call and go to shop multiple times to get clear answers) that I went to another place to get a new screen. I disputed the charge with my credit card company (maybe not the right step) but the last thing I wanted to do was interact with them AGAIN. But shockingly, that isn’t my main issue. Travis called me to berate me for making the dispute and to minimize the issue of the defective screen even though they claim to be apple certified . Travis is a horrible representative of the company and should be ashamed for his behavior and inability to communicate with customers especially about their property. Advice: don’t call people to be aggressive with them because your work was subpar and messed with the integrity of an over a thousand dollar phone.

Service was fast and efficient, and reasonably affordable. Best was the suggestion by the tech that replacing the phone's battery might not solve all the charging problems. This was good to keep in mind as honest appraisal is always helpful.

I was ready to buy a new phone when I walked in today with my current phone that had charging and audio issues. Dillion at the counter took my phone and was able to determine that the both issues were due to debris blockages. He was able to clean it and my phone works great again quickly. Thank you Dillion and the rest of the staff!

I have a 6 year old Surface Book laptop. The battery went bad and no one seemed interested in repairing without shipping it somewhere and taking weeks. Also charging more than the computer is worth. I dropped it off and in 6 days received the call that it was repaired and ready for pickup. The price was very reasonable. I am thrilled.

Unfortunately it was not my battery on my tablet. They could not repair it but great service. Wasted 20.00 on expedited battery which was a waste but they are great ?

Went to bestbuy first, geek squad wanted 3 days and $200 to replace my son's iPhone XR screen . Cpr cell phone did it ,same day. For $130. Thank you CPR cell phone repair!

Easy to get in touch with and informative. Fast and friendly service at a good price. I would recommend anyone who need any type of electronic repaired to give him a call because most likely he can fix it for you!! From old record players to light sabers he can do it all.

Lightning cable broke off inside the charging port of my iPad Pro in a manner that I could make no progress removing it with any kind of picks and tools that I had. CPR Made quick work of it at a reasonable cost. They tended to business in a friendly and professional manner.
